- 하부기판 위의 서브픽셀이 형성될 부분에 하부 투명전극을 형성하는 하부기판형성단계와; 상기 하부기판 위의 상기 하부 투명전극이 형성되지 않은 부분에 규칙적으로 격벽스페이서를 배열하여 상기 격벽스페이서 사이에 공간을 형성하는 공간형성단계와; 상부기판 위의 상기 하부 투명전극에 대향되는 부분에 상부투명전극을 형성하는 상부기판형성단계와; 상기 상부기판 위의 상기 격벽스페이서에 대향되는 부분에 접착제층을 형성하는 접착제층형성단계와; 상기 격벽스페이서와 상기 접착제층이 대향되고, 상기 상부 투명전극과 상기 하부 투명전극이 대향되게 정렬하도록, 상기 접착제층형성단계의 결과물을 뒤집어서 상기 공간형성단계의 결과물 위에 부착하는 부착단계와; 상기 격벽스페이서 사이에 형성된 공간에 각각 고유의 파장의 광을 반사 또는 흡수하는 액정을 분리 수용하여 서브픽셀을 형성하며 인접한 다수의 서브픽셀로 구성된 하나의 픽셀이 풀 컬러 표현을 하도록 색액정층을 형성하는 색액정층형성단계를 포함하고,상기 색액정층형성단계는,상기 공간형성단계 후 상기 격벽스페이서 사이에 형성된 공간에 동일 특성의 액정을 주입하는 액정주입하는 액정주입단계와,상기 부착단계 후 상기 서브픽셀별로 각기 다른 양의 자외선을 조사하여 상기 액정의 피치를 변화시키는 액정특성변화단계를 포함하며,상기 액정은 자외선 조사 후 외부 인가 전압에 따라 구조가 변화하여 빛을 반사 또는 투과하는 특성을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 풀 컬러 액정표시소자 제조방법.
- 하부기판 위의 서브픽셀이 형성될 부분에 하부 투명전극을 형성하는 하부기판형성단계와; 상기 하부기판 위의 상기 하부 투명전극이 형성되지 않은 부분에 규칙적으로 격벽스페이서를 배열하여 상기 격벽스페이서 사이에 공간을 형성하는 공간형성단계와; 상부기판 위의 상기 하부 투명전극에 대향되는 부분에 상부투명전극을 형성하는 상부기판형성단계와; 상기 상부기판 위의 상기 격벽스페이서에 대향되는 부분에 접착제층을 형성하는 접착제층형성단계와; 상기 격벽스페이서와 상기 접착제층이 대향되고, 상기 상부 투명전극과 상기 하부 투명전극이 대향되게 정렬하도록, 상기 접착제층형성단계의 결과물을 뒤집어서 상기 공간형성단계의 결과물 위에 부착하는 부착단계와; 상기 격벽스페이서 사이에 형성된 공간에 각각 고유의 파장의 광을 반사 또는 흡수하는 액정을 분리 수용하여 서브픽셀을 형성하며 인접한 다수의 서브픽셀로 구성된 하나의 픽셀이 풀 컬러 표현을 하도록 색액정층을 형성하는 색액정층형성단계를 포함하고,상기 색액정층형성단계는,상기 부착단계 후 상기 격벽스페이서 사이에 형성된 공간에 동일 특성의 액정을 주입하는 액정주입하는 액정주입단계와,상기 액정주입단계 후 상기 서브픽셀별로 각기 다른 양의 자외선을 조사하여 상기 액정의 피치를 변화시키는 액정특성변화단계를 포함하며,상기 액정은 자외선 조사 후 외부 인가 전압에 따라 구조가 변화하여 빛을 반사 또는 투과하는 특성을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 풀 컬러 액정표시소자 제조방법.
- 제 11 항 또는 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 액정은 콜레스테릭 액정인 것을 특징으로 하는 풀 컬러 액정표시소자 제조방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 액정특성변화단계는 상기 서브픽셀별로 각기 다른 양의 자외선을 조사하여 상기 콜레스테릭 액정의 피치를 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하느 풀 컬러 액정표시소자 제조방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 액정주입단계는,상기 공간에 모세관 현상을 이용하여 상기 액정을 주입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 풀 컬러 액정표시소자 제조방법.
