Claims (5)
- 삭제
- 고정측 부재에 형성된 배관 및 회전측 부재에 형성된 배관에 상호 접속되고, 상기 고정측 부재 및 상기 회전측 부재 사이의 목적 유체의 이송을 수행하는 회전 조인트 장치에 있어서,상기 고정측 부재 및 상기 회전측 부재를 베어링 틈새를 사이에 두도록 하여 대향시키고, 상기 베어링 틈새로 윤활 유체를 유도하여 동압 베어링을 형성하고,상기 고정측 부재에는 상기 동압 베어링의 상기 베어링 틈새에 연통하며 상기 회전측 부재로 상기 목적 유체를 공급하는 공급홀을 형성하고,상기 회전측 부재에는 상기 동압 베어링의 상기 베어링 틈새에 연통하며 상기 고정측 부재의 상기 공급홀과 대향하고, 상기 공급홀로부터 상기 목적 유체를 받아들이는 수급홀을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 조인트 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 고정측 부재 또는 상기 회전측 부재에는 상기 베어링 틈새를 향해 개방된 복수의 동압 발생 홈이 둘레 방향을 따라 2열로 형성되고, 상기 2열의 동압 발생 홈은 상기 수급홀 또는 상기 공급홀을 사이에 두도록 하여 형성되며,상기 동압 발생 홈들은 상기 회전측 부재의 회전에 수반하여 상기 베어링 틈새 내에 존재하는 윤활 유체를 상기 수급홀 및 상기 공급홀을 향하여 가압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 조인트 장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 동압 발생 홈은 상기 회전측 부재의 축 방향에 대하여 경사지게 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 조인트 장치.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 동압 베어링은 상기 고정측 부재의 내주면과 상기 회전측 부재의 외주면이 상기 베어링 틈새를 사이에 두도록 하여 서로 대향하는 방사상 동압 베어링인 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 조인트 장치.
