Claims (7)
- 차량 본체(5)를 운반하고 가이드레일 상에서 안내 요소에 의해 안내되는 프레임(1, 2, 3, 4)의 진동을 감쇠시키기 위한 장치로서,이동 방향에 수직하게 발생하는 진동에 대응하여 가속 신호를 측정하고 발생시키는 상기 프레임(1, 2, 3, 4) 에 고정된 가속 센서들(ac1 - ac8);상기 프레임(1, 2, 3, 4) 과 상기 안내 요소 사이에 배치된 하나 이상의 엑추에이터;상기 프레임에 고정되고, 상기 프레임(1, 2, 3, 4) 의 탄성 변형을 측정하기 위하여 사용되는 센서 신호를 발생시키는 하나 이상의 추가적인 센서(9a, 9b, 9c, 10, 11a, 11b, 11c); 및상기 센서 신호 또는 상기 센서 신호 및 상기 가속 신호에 따라서, 상기 엑추에이터에 작용 신호(m) 를 발생시킴으로서 상기 프레임(1, 2, 3, 4) 의 전단 이동을 제어하는 제어 장치를 포함하고,상기 가속 신호는 피드백되어 상기 진동에 대해 반대 방향으로 작용하는 상기 엑추에이터를 제어하는, 진동 감쇠 장치.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 하나 이상의 추가적인 센서는 가속 센서(9a, 9b, 9c) 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동 감쇠 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 하나 이상의 추가적인 센서는 와이어 스트레인 게이지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동 감쇠 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 하나 이상의 추가적인 센서는 광섬유 자이로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동 감쇠 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 하나 이상의 추가적인 센서는 레이저(11a), 레이저 광선을 반사하는 프리즘(11b), 및 라인 센서(11c) 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동 감쇠 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 작용 신호(m) 는 각 엑추에이터(A1, A3, A5, A7) 에 대한 전류 증폭기(V1, V3, V5, V7) 에 제공되고, 전류 함수(I(m)) 에 따라서, 결과 전류(I1, I3, I5, I7) 가 상기 엑추에이터(A1, A3, A5, A7) 내에서 작용력(F1, F3, F5, F7) 을 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동 감쇠 장치.
