Claims (4)
- 고강도 강판을 맞대기 용접한 수직 부재와, 고강도 강판을 맞대기 용접한 수평 부재를 용접에 의해 접합하여 이루어지는 T형 용접 이음 구조로서,상기 수직 부재의 용접선의 T형 용접 이음 구조 연장설치 방향에서의 위치와, 상기 수평 부재의 용접선의 T형 용접 이음 구조 연장설치 방향에서의 위치를 일치시키지 않는 구조로 하고, 또한 상기 수평 부재를 구성하는 고강도 강판은 하기 (1) 및 (2)의 특성을 만족하는 T형 용접 이음 구조.(1) 어레스트 특성을 나타내는 Kca값이 -10℃에서 7000N/mm3 /2 이상이고,(2) 판 두께 방향 1/2부의 -100℃에서의 평균 샤르피 흡수에너지값이 70J 이상이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 수직 부재의 맞대기 용접 본드부에서의 판 두께 방향 1/2부의 -20℃에서의 평균 샤르피 흡수에너지값이 50J 이상인 T형 용접 이음 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 수직 부재 및 수평 부재는 판 두께가 50mm 초과인 T형 용접 이음 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 수직 부재와 수평 부재의 용접 접합은 완전 용입 또는 부분 용입에 의한 것인 T형 용접 이음 구조.
