- 석면이나 폐아스콘 또는 건축폐기물의 유해환경폐기물을 고형화하여 재사용될 수 있도록 된 환경 폐기물을 이용한 고형화 블록(10)에 있어서,환경유해 폐기물로부터 용출되는 환경유해 성분이 차단될 수 있도록 되면서 상부측이 개방된 방수시트(11)와,상기 방수시트(11)의 상부측에 밀봉 고정되면서 유해성분의 용출이 차단 가능하도록 된 방수시트뚜껑(18)과,상기 방수시트(11)와 상기 방수시트뚜껑(18)의 외측으로 일정 간격을 두고 격자(grid)모양이 이루어지도록 횡방향철근(12)과 종방향철근(13)으로 구성된 철근구조물(14)과,유해폐기물의 파쇄물에 급결재, 시멘트, 물, 모래 및 자갈을 혼합하고 상기 방수시트(11)의 내부에 수납되어 고형화 된 유해폐기물(17)과,상기 방수시트(11)와 상기 방수시트뚜껑(18)의 외부측으로 상기 철근구조물(14)이 내설 구비되어 형성된 콘크리이트벽체(19)로 구성되되;상기 방수시트뚜껑(18)의 가장자리는 상기 방수시트(11)의 개구부에 용이하게 접착되어 밀봉시킬 수 있도록 절곡부(18a)가 형성되고,상기 방수시트(11)의 내부에는 상기 유해폐기물(17)이 안정적으로 고형화가 유지될 수 있도록 내설된 가로구조물(11a)과 세로구조물(11b)이 구비되며,상기 가로구조물(11a)과 세로구조물(11b)의 양단에는 상기 방수시트(11) 내면과의 접촉면적을 크게할 수 있도록 상기 가로·세로구조물(11a,11b)의 단면적보다 큰 강화플레이트(P)가 구비되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 환경 폐기물을 이용한 고형화 블록.
