Claims (3)
- 진행하는 스트립 표면에 알칼리액과 세정액을 혼합한 세척액을 분사하여 표면을 닦아줄 수 있도록 노즐이 형성된 세척액 분사관과 스트립 표면에 접하여 이물질을 제거하기 위한 브러쉬롤을 포함하는 탈지설비의 탈지탱크에 있어서,상기 브러쉬롤이 탄력적으로 신축가능하고 외주면에는 솔이 부착된 원통형 고무판과, 이 고무판 내주면에 일정간격을 두고 설치되어 고무판을 원통형태로 지지하면서 브러쉬롤의 회전축에 설치되는 다수개의 지지체를 포함하고,상기 회전축에는 각 지지체를 일체로 회전시키기 위한 회전수단과 상기 지지체의 간격을 조절하기 위한 조절수단이 설치되어 상기 브러쉬롤의 전체적인 길이를 스트립의 폭에 맞춰 가변시킬 수 있고,상기 조절수단은 탈지탱크 일측에 회전축의 폭방향으로 설치되는 구동실린더와, 이 구동실린더의 피스톤로드 선단에 연결설치되고 상기 브러쉬롤의 회전축 외주면에 놓여져 상기 브러쉬롤의 외측 지지체를 밀어내기 위한 작동바, 상기 회전축에 길이방향으로 형성된 키홈과, 상기 지지체가 설치된 허브의 내주면에 형성되어 상기 키홈에 슬라이딩가능하게 삽입되는 키 및 상기 회전축에 끼워져 각 지지체 사이에 탄력적으로 설치되는 탄성스프링을 포함하는 탈지설비의 브러쉬롤 폭 조절장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 회전수단은 상기 탈지탱크 일측에 설치되는 구동모터와, 이 구동모터의 회전축과 상기 브러쉬롤이 설치된 회전축에 각각 설치되는 스프로켓휠, 이 스프로켓휠에 연결되어 동력을 전달하는 체인을 포함하는 탈지설비의 브러쉬롤 폭 조절장치.
