Claims (6)
- 자동차용 압축 가스 저장용기의 마운팅 구조에 있어서,내부에 압축 가스를 저장하고 양단부가 반구형태의 돔 형상인 복수의 저장용기;상기 저장용기의 양단부를 연결하는 패널브라켓;상기 패널브라켓이 저장용기의 양단부에 밀착된 채로 양측 패널브라켓의 가장자리를 결합하는 파이프 프레임;상기 패널브라켓이 결합된 채로 저장용기에 결합되는 고압 부품 및 배관류;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 압축 가스 저장용기의 마운팅 구조.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 패널브라켓에는 저장용기의 양단부에 밀착되도록 상기 돔부에 대응되는 형상의 안착부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 압축 가스 저장용기의 마운팅 구조.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 패널브라켓의 결합강도를 유지하기 위해 양측 패널브라켓의 가장자리에 부착된 채로 상기 파이프 프레임에 의해 결합되는 가스켓을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 압축 가스 저장용기의 마운팅 구조.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 패널브라켓 및 가스켓은 나사부가 형성된 파이프 프레임에 너트와 와셔에 의해 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 압축 가스 저장용기의 마운팅 구조.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 가스켓과 와셔 사이에는 가스충전시 저장용기의 길이방향의 팽창량을 흡수하기 위해 스프링이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 고압 가스 저장용기의 마운팅 구조.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,고압부품 및 배관류인 상기 용기밸브 및 용기포트를 보호하기 위해 상기 파이프 프레임이 길이방향으로 더 연장되고, 상기 파이프 프레임의 끝단면과 3면을 커버하는 구조로 설치된 제1보호패널 및 제2보호패널을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 압축 가스 저장용기의 마운팅 구조.
