特許文献2には、CNG車両の圧縮天然ガス燃料容器の取付装置が掲載されているがその構造は大規模であり複雑である。

Claims (2)
- 内部に圧縮ガスを貯蔵し、中空の円筒形状のシリンダー部と、該シリンダー部の両端部が半球形のドーム形状でなる複数の貯蔵容器、
前記貯蔵容器の両端部のドーム形状に対応する形状で、前記貯蔵容器に密着した状態で前記貯蔵容器の両端部を挟持するパネルブラケット、
前記パネルブラケットが前記貯蔵容器の両端部を挟持した状態で、前記パネルブラケットの縁を結合するパイプフレーム、および
前記パネルブラケットが結合された状態で前記貯蔵用器に結合された高圧部品と配管とを含めて構成される自動車用圧縮ガス貯蔵容器のマウント構造において、
前記パネルブラケットの外側に、前記パネルブラケットの周縁部に付着され、前記パイプフレームで結合された強度維持用ガスケットをさらに含み、
前記パイプフレームが長さ方向にさらに延長され、前記パイプフレームの終端に設置された第1保護パネルおよび前記第1保護パネルと前記強度維持用ガスケットとの間の3面をカバーする構造である第2保護パネルが形成され、
前記高圧部品および前記配管である容器バルブおよび容器ポットキャップを保護することを特徴とする自動車用圧縮ガス貯蔵容器のマウント構造。 - 前記パネルブラケットおよび前記ガスケットは、ネジ部が形成された前記パイプフレームにナットとワッシャにより締結され、前記ガスケットと前記ワッシャの間にはスプリングが設置され、ガス充填時の前記貯蔵容器の長さ方向の膨張量を吸収することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動車用高圧ガス貯蔵容器のマウント構造。
