Claims (8)
- 토너 화상을 담지하는 화상 담지 부재와,상기 화상 담지 부재에 가압 접촉하여 상기 화상 담지 부재 상의 토너 화상을 기록재로 전사하는 전사 부재와,상기 전사 부재와 접촉하여 상기 전사 부재 상의 토너를 정전적으로 회수하는 브러시 클리닝 수단과,상기 브러시 클리닝 수단에 접촉하여 상기 브러시 클리닝 수단 상의 토너를 정전적으로 회수하는 회수 수단과,전류값이 일정해지도록 정전류 제어된 전류를 상기 회수 수단에 흐르게 하는 전원을 포함하는 화상 형성 장치이며,상기 전사 부재는 접지되어 있고,상기 화상 담지 부재로부터 부착된 상기 전사 부재 상의 토너량에 대해 상기 브러시 클리닝 수단이 흡착하는 토너량의 비율을 α(%)로 하고, 상기 브러시 클리닝 수단 상의 토너량에 대해 상기 회수 수단이 흡착하는 토너량의 비율을 β (%)로 할 때,α > 90(%), β > 90(%)이며, α ≤ β를 만족시키도록, 상기 전원으로부터 상기 회수 수단에 흐르는 전류값을 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 브러시 클리닝 수단은 상기 전사 부재에 접촉하여 회전하는 전도성의 롤 형상 털 브러시를 갖고, 상기 털 브러시의 전기 저항값 r1은 3×104 ≤ r1 ≤ 3×106(Ω/㎝)인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 브러시 클리닝 수단의 주위면 이동 방향은 상기 전사 부재와의 접촉부에 있어서 상기 전사 부재의 주위면 이동 방향과 역방향이고,상기 전사 부재의 주위면 이동 속도를 V0이라고 할 때, 상기 브러시 클리닝 수단의 주위면 이동 속도 V1이 0.15 V0 ≤ V1 ≤ 1.0 V0의 범위에 있도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 회수 수단의 주위면 이동 방향은 상기 브러시 클리닝 수단과의 접촉부에 있어서 상기 브러시 클리닝 수단의 주위면 이동 방향과 동일 방향이고,상기 브러시 클리닝 수단의 주위면 이동 속도를 V1이라고 할 때, 상기 회수 수단의 주위면 이동 속도 V2가 0.8 V1 ≤ V2 ≤ 3.0 V1인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 전사 부재는 표면에 코팅층을 갖는 탄성 부재이고, 표면층의 표면 거칠기 Rz는 1.5 ㎛ ≤ Rz ≤ 15 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 전사 부재의 전기 저항값 r0은 1.5×105 ≤ r0 ≤ 1.5×106(Ω/㎝)인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 브러시 클리닝 수단은 상기 전사 부재에 접촉하는 복수의 브러시 부재를 갖고, 상기 회수 수단은 상기 복수의 브러시 부재에 각각 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 장치.
