Claims (22)
- 도시 고형 폐기물(MSW)을 수취하는 단계,수취된 MSW로부터 건조 폐기물과 함습 폐기물을 기계적으로 분류하는 단계,금속 성분의 제거, 신축성 격자를 구비한 파쇄장치를 이용한 사이징, 윈드 시프팅(wind sifting), 세정 단계들을 포함하는 상기 건조 폐기물의 처리 및 폐기 고형물 회수 연료(WSRF)의 제조 단계,금속 회수 단계,생물학적 산화반응에 의한 상기 함습 폐기물의 처리 단계,안정화된 유기물의 정제 단계,대형 물질의 체적 축소 단계,프로세스 에어 처리 단계,적어도 하나의 연소실을 구비한 반응기 내에서의 상기 WSRF의 기체화 단계, 및상기 공정으로부터 유도된 기체로부터 전기 에너지와 수소 중 적어도 하나를 생산하는 단계,를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하고, 여기서 상기 WSRF 기체화 단계는 적어도 하나의 연소실을 구비한 반응로(8) 내에 상기 WSRF를 연속적으로 및 균일하게 공급하는 단계와 산소-바이오가스 버너를 이용한 상기 WSRF를 기체화하는 단계를 포함하되 상기 버너에 사용되는 바이오가스는 상기 유기물의 혐기성 소화반응으로부터 유도된 것을 특징으로 하며, 환경에 주는 영향을 최소화하는 상태로 폐기 고형물 회수 연료(WSRF)를 이용하는 도시 고형 폐기물(MSW)의 리사이클링 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 도시 고형 폐기물의 수취단계는, 폐기물 중압 후 대형 물질을 제거하는 기계적 분류장치를 구비한 공급 라인을 이용하여 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 도시 고형 폐기물의 리사이클링 방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 건조 폐기물 및 함습 폐기물의 기계적 분류 단계는, 저속 회전하는 폐기물 백의 파열장치(bag-splitters)를 이용하여 플라스틱 폐기물 백을 개방시킨 후, 자동세척장치를 구비한 회전 트로멜의 스크린 격자를 통과시켜 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 도시 고형 폐기물의 리사이클링 방법.

- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 함습 폐기물의 처리 단계는, 2-3 주간의 유기물질의 가속 분해 단계, 바이오매스로부터 불활성 처리 잔류물을 분리하는 단계, 및 5-6 주간의 유기 획분의 숙성 및 안정 단계를 포함하는 생물학적 산화반응으로 구성된 호기성 처리로 이루어지고;여기에서 상기 생물학적 산화반응은 강제 통기 및 기계적 전도에 의해 호기상태로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 도시 고형 폐기물의 리사이클링 방법.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,강제적인 상기 호기성 처리는 모세관 공기 분배 네트워크를 이용하여 실행되고, 상기 기계적 전도는 스크루 오거를 이용하여 실행되고;상기 안정단계에 의해 안정화된 유기물의 정제는 기계 라인 상에서 실행되고, 상기 기계 라인 상에서 유리, 돌 및 플라스틱을 포함한 불활성 조각들은 제거되고, WSRF 및 안정화된 유기물이 획득되고;상기 대형 물질의 체적 축소 단계는, 분쇄 및 이와 동시에 이루어지는 철-물질의 회수에 의해 실행되며;상기 프로세스 에어 처리 단계는, (a) 모든 공정으로부터 공기를 흡입하여 부압 상태를 유지하는 단계, 및 (b) 상기 흡입 공기의 일부를 WSRF의 연소 사이클에 이송하고 나머지는 공기 처리 시스템에 이송하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 도시 고형 폐기물의 리사이클링 방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 WSRF 기체화 단계는, 얻어진 기체를 정제하는 단계, 상기 WSRF 내에 존재하는 무기질 성분을 유리화된 비침출성 광물 및 금속입자로 변환시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도시 고형 폐기물의 리사이클링 방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,상기 반응로와 상기 기체의 처리는 최대 450 바아의 과압 조건에서 작동하고;상기 WSRF의 탄소 획분은 상기 반응로(8)의 하측부에 위치하는 도가니(9) 내에 낙하하고, 상기 반응로의 하측부의 온도는 1,500 내지 1,700 ℃이고, 상기 탄소 획분은 휘발성 획분이 기체화된 후에 기체화되고;상기 반응로(8)의 가스 배출부(15)의 온도는 800 내지 1,200℃이고;상기 WSRF를 공급하는 시스템의 상측에 위치하는 상기 반응로(8)의 상측부(10) 내에 설치된 복수의 버너는 온도 분포의 균질화를 최적화하는 난류를 부여하고;상기 도가니(9)는 버너(11)에 의해 공급되는 바이오가스 및 산소에 의해 작업 온도에 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 도시 고형 폐기물의 리사이클링 방법.
- 청구항 9에 있어서,상기 반응로(8)의 상측부(10)로부터 배출된 기체는, 물에 의한 급냉(16, 17), 산세척(18), 염기세척(19, 20), 설피드릭 산의 1차 제거(21), 습식 정전필터에 의한 미립자 제거(22), 잔류 설피드릭 산의 2차 제거(28)의 단계를 거치는 것을 특징으로 하는, 도시 고형 폐기물의 리사이클링 방법.
- 청구항 10에 있어서, 상기 물에 의한 급냉 단계(16, 17)에서 생성된 기체는 90 내지 95 ℃ 범위의 온도로 냉각되고, 상기 산세척(18)에서 pH는 3미만의 값을 가지고, 상기 염기세척(19, 20)에서 pH는 7 내지 7.5의 값을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 도시 고형 폐기물의 리사이클링 방법.

- 청구항 13에 있어서,상기 WSRF를 연속적으로 및 균일하게 공급하기 위한 시스템(A, B)은, 상기 WSRF의 저장용 사일로, 상기 저장용 사일로로부터 투입용 리시버(2)까지 상기 WSRF를 이송하는 이송 시스템(1), 상기 투입용 리시버(2)로부터 상기 기체화 반응로(8)의 투입 시스템(5)까지 상기 WSRF를 이송하는 이송 시스템(3), 복수의 밸브를 구비한 이중 시일링 시스템(4), 질소를 구비한 불활성화 시스템, 상기 기체화 반응 로(8) 내에 상기 WSRF를 공급하기 위한 이송 시스템(5), 및 과잉량 회수 시스템(6)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 도시 고형 폐기물의 리사이클링 시스템.
- 청구항 14에 있어서, 상기 기체화 반응로(8) 내에 상기 WSRF를 공급하기 위한 상기 이송 시스템(5)은 냉각장치를 구비한 스크루 공급기 또는 슬로프인 것을 특징으로 하는, 도시 고형 폐기물의 리사이클링 시스템.
- 청구항 13에 있어서, 상기 반응로(8)는 상측부(10) 및 용융 도가니(9)가 구비된 하측부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 도시 고형 폐기물의 리사이클링 시스템.
