Claims (16)
- 강화용 수지와 강화용 섬유를 함유하며, 강화용 섬유가 폴리페닐렌 설파이드를 함유하는 피복물을 갖고, 피복되지 않은 강화용 섬유에 대한 폴리페닐렌 설파이드의 비율이 0.001중량% 이상 0.01중량% 미만임을 특징으로 하는 복합재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피복되지 않은 강화용 섬유에 대한 폴리페닐렌 설파이드의 비율이 0.002 내지 0.009중량%임을 특징으로 하는 복합재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 피복물이 폴리페닐렌 설파이드와 열가소성 또는 듀로플라스틱 재료로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 복합재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 강화용 수지가 단일 열가소성 수지 또는 여러 가지 열가소성 수지들의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 복합재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 강화용 섬유가 피치 전구체, 폴리아크릴로니트릴 전구체 또는 레이온 전구체의 탄소 섬유이거나 아라미드 섬유, 유리 섬유, 세라믹 섬유, 붕소 섬유, 합성 섬유 또는 천연 섬유이거나 이들 섬유의 조합임을 특징으로 하는 복합재.
- 예비처리되거나 되지 않은 강화용 섬유를 제공하는 단계(a),단계(a)의 강화용 섬유에 폴리페닐렌 설파이드를 함유하는 피복물(이때, 피복물은 강화용 섬유에 대해 폴리페닐렌 설파이드를 0.001중량% 이상 0.01중량% 미만 함유한다)을 도포하여, 피복된 강화용 섬유를 제조하는 단계(b) 및강화용 수지를 사용하여 단계(b)의 피복된 강화용 섬유를 복합재로 가공하는 단계(c)를 포함하는, 복합재의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 단계(a)의 강화용 섬유가, 피치 전구체, 폴리아크릴로니트릴 전구체 또는 레이온 전구체의 탄소 섬유이거나 아라미드 섬유, 유리 섬유, 세라믹 섬유, 붕소 섬유, 합성 섬유 또는 천연 섬유이거나 이들 섬유의 조합임을 특징으로 하는, 복합재의 제조방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 단계(a)의 탄소 강화용 섬유가 전기화학적 산화에 의해 예비처리된 것임을 특징으로 하는, 복합재의 제조방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 단계(a)의 강화용 섬유가 단계(b)에서 폴리페닐렌 설파이드의 현탁액을 함유하는 욕을 통과한 다음, 건조되고, 권사됨을 특징으로 하는, 복합재의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 욕이 열가소성 수지의 용액을 추가로 함유함을 특징으로 하 는, 복합재의 제조방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 단계(c)에서의 피복된 강화용 섬유가 필라멘트 사, 단섬유, 직물, 꼰 직물, 편직물 또는 크로셔 직물, 부직포, 또는 단일방향 또는 다중방향 스크림 형태로 복합재로 가공됨을 특징으로 하는, 복합재의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 항공기 제작, 자동차 제작, 기계 제작 또는 설비 제작용 부품을 제조하고 의료용 부품을 제조하기 위해 사용되는 복합재.
- 폴리페닐렌 설파이드를 함유하는 피복물을 갖고, 피복되지 않은 강화용 섬유에 대한 폴리페닐렌 설파이드의 비율이 0.001중량% 이상 0.01중량% 미만임을 특징으로 하는 강화용 섬유.
- 제13항에 있어서, 피복되지 않은 강화용 섬유에 대한 폴리페닐렌 설파이드의 비율이 0.002 내지 0.009중량%임을 특징으로 하는 강화용 섬유.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 피복물이 폴리페닐렌 설파이드와 열가소성 또는 듀로플라스틱 재료로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 강화용 섬유.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 피치 전구체, 폴리아크릴로니트릴 전구체 또는 레이온 전구체의 탄소 섬유이거나 아라미드 섬유, 유리 섬유, 세라믹 섬유, 붕소 섬유, 합성 섬유 또는 천연 섬유이거나 이들 섬유의 조합임을 특징으로 하는 강화용 섬유.
