Description
Claims (37)
- 통신 시스템에서 업링크를 통한 송신을 제어하는 방법으로서,통신 시스템의 복수의 채널 상의 간섭 특성, 로딩 확률 및 시스템 요구사항을 포함하는 그룹에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 특성을 결정하는 단계;가용 시스템 리소스를 복수의 채널로 분할하는 단계;통신 시스템의 복수의 채널 상의 간섭 특성, 로딩 확률 및 시스템 요구사항을 포함하는 그룹에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 결정된 특성에 기초하여 복수의 채널에 대한 복수의 백오프 인자를 정의하는 단계로서, 각각의 채널은 피크 송신 전력 레벨로부터의 감소를 확인하는 개별 백오프 인자와 연관되며, 각각의 백오프 인자는 0 내지 1 의 범위를 갖는, 상기 복수의 백오프 인자 정의 단계; 및복수의 백오프 인자에 기초하여 결정된 전력 레벨의 데이터 송신을 위해 터미널에 복수의 채널을 할당하는 단계로서, 하나 이상의 채널은 최대 송신 전력을 나타내는 1 의 백오프 인자와 연관되며, 나머지 채널은 1 보다 작은 백오프 인자와 연관되는, 상기 복수의 채널 할당 단계를 포함하는, 송신 제어 방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,복수의 백오프 인자는 복수의 채널에 대하여 선택된 하나 이상의 세트포인트에 기초하여 정의되며, 각각의 세트 포인트는 특정 레벨의 성능에 대하여 요구되는 C/I 에 대응하는, 송신 제어 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,하나 이상의 세트 포인트는 복수의 채널을 통한 데이터 송신의 데이터 레이트에 기초하여 결정되는, 송신 제어 방법.

- 통신 시스템에서 업링크를 통한 송신을 제어하는 방법으로서,통신 시스템에 대한 재사용 패턴을 정의하는 단계로서, 상기 재사용 패턴은 복수의 셀을 포함하는, 상기 재사용 패턴 정의 단계;통신 시스템의 각각의 셀에 대한 복수의 채널 상의 간섭 특성, 로딩 확률 및 시스템 요구사항을 포함하는 그룹에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 특성을 결정하는 단계;가용 시스템 리소스를 복수의 채널로 분할하는 단계;복수의 채널 상의 간섭 특성, 로딩 확률 및 시스템 요구사항을 포함하는 그룹에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 결정된 특성에 기초하여 통신 시스템의 각각의 셀에 대한 복수의 채널에 대한 복수의 백오프 인자를 정의하는 단계로서, 각각의 셀의 각각의 채널은 피크 송신 전력 레벨로부터의 감소를 식별하는 개별 백오프 인자와 연관되고, 각각의 백오프 인자는 0 내지 1 의 범위를 갖는, 상기 복수의 백오프 인자 정의 단계; 및할당된 채널과 연관된 백오프 인자에 기초하여 결정된 전력 레벨의 데이터 송신을 위한 셀내의 터미널로 각각의 셀의 복수의 채널을 할당하는 단계로서, 재사용 패턴의 각각의 셀에 대한 백오프 인자는 재사용 패턴의 인접 셀의 백오프 인자로부터 스태거되는, 상기 복수의 채널 할당 단계를 포함하는, 송신 제어 방법.
