Claims (2)
- DC-DC 변환기의 출력전압을 제어하기 위한 PFM 제어용 스위칭 레귤레이터 제어 회로로서,기준 전압 회로;전압 분할 회로;상기 기준 전압 회로의 출력과 상기 전압 분할 회로의 출력이 입력되는 출력 전압 제어 비교기;상기 DC-DC 변환기의 출력 전압을 제어하는 트랜지스터를 제어하는 신호를 출력하는 링 발진기 발진 회로; 및링 발진기 발진 회로의 출력과 출력 전압 제어 비교기의 출력이 입력되는 논리 OR 회로를 구비하고,상기 논리 OR 회로의 출력이 상기 링 발진기 발진 회로의 입력과 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 PFM 제어용 스위칭 레귤레이터 제어 회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 링 발진기 발진 회로는 발진 회로와 논리 AND 회로를 구비하고, 상기 발진 회로의 입력은 상기 논리 AND 회로의 출력에 접속되고, 상기 AND 회로의 입력은 상기 발진 회로의 출력과 상기 논리 OR 회로의 출력에 접속되고, 상기 AND 회로의 출력은 상기 링 발진기 발진 회로의 출력인 것을 특징으로 하는 PFM 제어용 스위칭 레귤레이터 제어 회로.
