Abstract
Description
상기 문제점을 해결하기 위하여, 본 발명에 따르면, PFM-듀티 비에 전원 전압 의존성이 부여되어, 전원 전압이 높을 때 리플 전압을 억제할 수 있는 PFM 시스템 스위칭 레귤레이터 제어 회로가 제공된다.
PFM-듀티 비에 전원 전압 의존성이 부여되고, PFM-듀티 비는 전원 전압이 높을 때 작게 설정됨으로써, 전원 전압이 높을 때 리플 전압을 억제한다.
Claims (2)
- 스위칭 소자를 갖는 PFM 시스템의 스위칭 레귤레이터의 스위칭 레귤레이터 제어회로에 있어서,출력전압을 전원 전압치에 의해 변동시키는 전압발생회로;펄스폭을 설정하는 신호를 출력하는 발진회로;상기 발진회로의 출력과 상기 전압발생회로의 출력 전압을 입력하고, 상기 전압발생회로의 출력전압에 따라서 출력 신호의 펄스폭을 변화시키는 비교기;스위칭 레귤레이터의 출력전압에 따라서 상기 비교기의 출력을 스위칭 소자에 출력하는 출력수단을 포함하고,상기 전원 전압의 전압치가 높을 때 상기 스위칭 소자를 온시키는 구간을 짧게 하고, 상기 전원 전압의 전압치가 낮을 때 상기 스위칭 소자를 온시키는 구간을 길게 하는 스위칭 레귤레이터 제어회로.
- 제 1 항의 PFM 시스템의 스위칭 레귤레이터 제어회로를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스위칭 레귤레이터.
