Claims (30)
- 환자의 피부를 천공하여 혈액 샘플을 얻는 레이저 천공기에 있어서,상기 천공기는 출력 레이저 빔을 생성하는 레이저 공급원, 천공을 위해 선택된 피부 영역으로 출력 레이저 빔을 집속하는 집속 장치, 전력 공급 장치 및상기 천공을 위해 선택된 피부 영역과 접촉시키도록 하여 상기 천공을 위해 선택된 피부 영역에서 혈행을 자극하고 상기 피부 영역을 유지시키는 피부 유지 장치를 포함하고,상기 피부 유지 장치에는 유연성 주변 벽으로 형성된 중공 중간 영역을 포함하며, 상기 중공 중간 영역은 체적이 감소되도록 변형되고, 원래의 확장된 위치로 되돌아가게 되며, 또한 상기 중공 중간 영역에는 압력을 조정하는 수단이 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 천공기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 피부 유지 장치는 주변 벽으로 형성된 중공 중간 영역을 포함하고, 상기 중간 영역은 전방에 위치된 맞물림 컵과 후방에 위치된 베이스 벽 사이에 끼워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 천공기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 주변 벽은 유연성 물질로 만들어지고, 편향부재는 상기 맞물림 컵과 상기 베이스 벽 사이의 중공 중간 영역내에 위치되고, 상기 유연성 주변 벽은 상기 중간 영역의 범위를 감소시켜 그 내부의 압력을 증가시킬 수 있도록 변형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 천공기.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,혈액 순환을 더 강화시키기 위하여 압력 조정에 따라 상기 피부 영역의 일부를 상기 맞물림 컵 안으로 깊게 이동시키는 흡입을 일으키도록 맞물림 컵과 베이스 벽 사이에 편향부재를 위치시켜 상기 중공 중간 영역내에 저압 영역이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 천공기.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 피부 유지 장치는 중공 중간 영역내에 압력을 조절하는 압력 조절 장치를 더 포함하고,상기 압력 조절 장치는 밸브의 형태일 수 있고, 상기 편향부재는 변형가능한 중간 영역이 초기 변형되지 않은 위치로 복귀하는 것을 용이하게 하고,상기 피부 유지 장치는 전력 공급 장치를 작동시키는 장치를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 천공기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 맞물림 컵은 천공기의 전방 단부에 위치되고, 상기 맞물림 컵에는 외부 영역의 직경(Dout)과 내부 영역의 직경(Din)을 가지는 맞물림 구멍이 형성되고, 상기 외부 영역의 직경(Dout)과 내부 영역의 직경(Din)의 비율은 Dout:Din>7:3 이며, 레이저 빔의 촛점은 피부 표면에서 0.12 내지 0.15 밀리미터 사이의 깊이로 피부 조직내에 위치되고, 상기 피부 유지 장치에는 대체가능한 맞물림 컵이 형성되고 상기 촛점의 깊이는 소정 길이를 가지는 상기 대체가능한 맞물림 컵을 선택하는 것에 의해 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 천공기.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 집속 장치는 레이저 빔의 촛점이 피부 조직내에서 소정 깊이로 위치될 때 작동되고, 상기 소정 깊이는 시각적으로, 또는 반사 빔에 의해, 또는 용량 제어 장치에 의해 제어될 수 있고, 상기 맞물림 컵과 집속 장치 사이의 영역은 필터 및 흡입 수단과 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 천공기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,피부 영역으로 전달되는 레이저 공급원은 길이를 따라 변하는 두께를 가지는 광학 부재에 의해 조절되고, 상기 광학 부재는 피부 영역과 레이저 공급원 사이에서 회전가능하게 위치될 수 있거나 또는 레이저 빔의 방향을 가로질러 이동할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 천공기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,천공기가 환자의 피부와 맞물리지 않을때 레이저 공급원의 우발적인 작동을 방지하는 장치를 더 포함하고,상기 장치는 전방에 위치된 맞물림 컵의 일부분을 형성하고 컵의 길이방향축을 따라 슬라이드 가능하게 배열된 복수의 독립적인 맞물림 세그먼트를 포함하고, 상기 각 세그먼트의 말단부는 이를 개방 및 폐쇄 위치로 작동시킬 수 있는 스위치의 일부를 형성하고, 개방 위치에서 맞물림 세그먼트의 말단부는 상기 레이저 공급원의 전원이 연결되지 않도록 맞물림 컵의 후방 벽에 위치된 도전 요소와 이격되어 있으며, 상기 폐쇄 위치에서 맞물림 세그먼트의 말단부는 레이저 공급원에 전원이 작동되도록 도전 요소를 맞무는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 천공기.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 레이저 공급원의 우발적인 작동을 방지하는 장치는 레이저 빔의 방향과 교차되는 평면내에 이동가능한 슬라이딩 부재를 더 포함하고,상기 레이저 공급원의 우발적인 작동을 방지하는 장치의 표준 위치에서 상기 슬라이딩 부재가 레이저 빔의 우발적인 방출을 방지하도록 천공기의 중앙 통로를 차단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 천공기.
