Abstract

　生体表面２にチャンバ３を被せ、負圧装置６で第１の負圧まで減圧して密着させ、チャンバ３の天面の入射口３ａから、前記減圧によって隆起した生体表面２が焦点位置となるように、レンズ４ａを通してレーザ光を照射して前記微小開口を形成し、その後より低い第２の負圧まで減圧することで微小開口からの体液の滲出を促進させつつ、滲出した体液を吸引して収集する。したがって、レーザ光の照射から体液の採取を連続して行えるようになり、微小開口に対するチャンバ３の位置ずれがなくなる。これによって、チャンバ３を小型化できる。また、繰返しの採取にも穿孔が１回で済むとともに、チャンバ３が小さくなることで吸出す体液の量を抑えることもでき、患者への負担を軽減できる。
