Abstract
Description
도 2를 참조하면, 도 1에 도시된 펜듈럼 마운트에 대한 상면도가 도시되어 있는데, 고정 수단(11)이 고정되어 있는 수용 하우징(13)이 요홈(17)안으로 위/아래로 뻗어 있는 것이 명확히 나타나 있다. 각 요홈(17)은 대향하는 기저부 몸체 요소(12a,12b)의 수용 하우징(13)이 수평면의 어느 쪽 방향으로도 움직이는 것을 허용한다. 도 1과 도 2로부터, 생산비용을 절감하기 위해서는 기저부 몸체 요소(12a,12b)가 동일하게 구성되어야 한다는 것을 명확히 알 수 있다.
Claims (10)
- 서로 상대이동할 수 있는 두 개의 몸체를 결합하기 위해 서로 이격되어 있는 두 개의 고정 수단(11)을 구비하여 이루어지고,기저부 몸체(12)가 적어도 하나의 스러스트 요소(15)를 통해 결합되는 두 개의 기저부 몸체 요소(12a,12b)를 구비하여 이루어지며,상기 기저부 몸체 요소(12a,12b) 중 적어도 하나는 요홈(17)을 구비하여 이루어지되, 상기 요홈 내에 다른 기저부 몸체 요소(12a,12b)의 일 부분이 왕복을 위한 일정한 공간을 두고 위치하는, 엔진 어셈블리를 마운팅하기 위한 펜듈럼 마운트로서,상기 다른 기저부 몸체 요소의 일 부분은 상기 고정 수단(11)을 수용하는 하우징(13)으로서 구성되고, 상기 기저부 몸체 요소(12a,12b)는 상기 수용 하우징(13)이 그것으로부터 수직으로 돌출해 있는 평평한 기저부 표면 영역(16)을 구비하여 이루어지며, 상기 요홈(17)과 상기 하우징(13) 사이에 왕복 공간(18)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 펜듈럼 마운트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기저부 몸체 요소들(12a,12b)은 동일하게 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 펜듈럼 마운트.
- 제1항에 있어서,각각의 기저부 몸체 요소(12a,12b)는 요홈(17)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 펜듈럼 마운트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기저부 몸체 요소(12a,12b)의 각진 인접부(19)가 상기 요홈(17)의 영역에 구비되어, 대향하는 기저부 몸체 요소(12a,12b)에 대한 멈추개를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 펜듈럼 마운트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 스러스트 요소(15)와, 상기 고정 수단(11)을 탄성적으로 지지하는 지지 부재(14)가, 탄성 소재로 되어 몰딩되고 가황처리된 부재로써 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 펜듈럼 마운트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기저부 몸체 요소(12a,12b)는 판금을 디프 드로잉하여 생산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 펜듈럼 마운트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 고정 수단(11)은 중공의 원통형 슬리브로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 펜듈럼 마운트.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 기저부 몸체 요소(12a,12b)는 탄성 소재로 된 덮개(20)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 펜듈럼 마운트.
- 제2항에 있어서,각각의 기저부 몸체 요소(12a,12b)는 요홈(17)을 구비하고, 상기 스러스트 요소(15)와, 상기 고정 수단(11)을 탄성적으로 지지하는 지지 부재(14)가, 탄성 소재로 되어 몰딩되고 가황처리된 부재로써 구비되며, 상기 기저부 몸체 요소(12a,12b)는 판금을 디프 드로잉하여 생산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 펜듈럼 마운트.
