Claims (13)
- 소, 돼지 또는 생선 젤라틴, 아카시아 고무, 개질된 식품 녹말, 셀룰로오스 유도체, 펙틴 및 리그닌술포네이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 담체를 포함하는 수상 및, 디메틸에테르 또는 n-부탄, 이소부탄, 1-부텐, 트랜스-부텐 및 이소부텐으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 C4-탄화수소 또는 그것의 혼합물 중의 지용성 비타민 A, 지용성 비타민 D, 지용성 비타민 E, 지용성 비타민 K, β-카로틴, 칸타잔틴, 아포카로테날, 아스타크산틴, 아포에스테르, 루테인, 리코펜, 제아크산틴, 시트라나크산틴, 토룰라르로딘, 지용성 제약, 옥수수유인 다불포화 지방산, 컬큐민, 조효소 Q10 및 α-리포산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 활성 물질 또는 조성물의 용액을 혼합 챔버에 공급하고, 혼합물을 대기압까지 감압하고 가스 상태의 용매로부터 분산액을 분리하는 것을 포함하는 분산액의 제조방법으로서,-지용성 비타민 A, 지용성 비타민 D, 지용성 비타민 E, 지용성 비타민 K, β-카로틴, 칸타잔틴, 아포카로테날, 아스타크산틴, 아포에스테르, 루테인, 리코펜, 제아크산틴, 시트라나크산틴, 토룰라르로딘, 지용성 제약, 옥수수유인 다불포화 지방산, 컬큐민, 조효소 Q10 및 α-리포산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 활성 물질 또는 조성물이 디메틸에테르 또는 n-부탄, 이소부탄, 1-부텐, 트랜스-부텐 및 이소부텐으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 C4-탄화수소 또는 그것의 혼합물 중에 분산되고, 온도와 압력이 용매의 임계 상수에 초과하는 그러한 방식으로 혼합 챔버에 공급되고;-소, 돼지 또는 생선 젤라틴, 아카시아 고무, 개질된 식품 녹말, 셀룰로오스 유도체, 펙틴 및 리그닌술포네이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 담체를 포함하는 수상이 초임계 조건을 유지하기에 충분한 압력 및 온도에서 혼합 챔버에 공급되며-혼합 챔버에서 상기 두 상이 격한 조건 하에 혼합되고-제조된 분산액이 지름 0.05 mm 내지 1.0 mm 를 갖는 구멍을 통해 대기압까지 감압되고 이어서 체류 지대를 통과하여 미세하게 분산된 용매-없는 수 현탁액 또는 에멀젼을 생성하는 분산액의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 활성물질 또는 조성물이 지용성 비타민 A, 지용성 비타민 D, 지용성 비타민 E 및 지용성 비타민 K 로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 지용성 비타민, 지용성 제약, β-카로틴, 칸타잔틴, 아포카로테날, 아스타크산틴, 아포에스테르, 루테인, 리코펜, 제아크산틴, 시트라나크산틴 및 토룰라르로딘으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 카로테노이드, 및 옥수수유인 불포화 지방산으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 활성물질 또는 조성물이 β-카로틴, 칸타잔틴, 아포카로테날, 아스타크산틴, 아포에스테르, 루테인, 리코펜, 제아크산틴, 시트라나크산틴 및 토룰라르로딘으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 카로테노이드인 제조방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 카로테노이드가 β-카로틴인 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 용매가 디메틸에테르인 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 용매가 1-부텐인 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 용매가 트랜스부텐인 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 분산된 입자의 평균 직경이 20 내지 300㎚인 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 수득된 분산액이 고 압력 펌프에 의해 열 교환기를 경유하여 혼합 챔버에 공급되는 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 안정화제 또는 계면활성제 같은 부가적인 제제를 함유할 수 있는 수상이 고 압력 펌프 및 열 교환기를 통해 혼합 챔버에 공급되는 제조방법.
- 수상을 위한 하나 이상의 입구, 용매상을 위한 하나 이상의 입구, 및 팽창 구멍을 포함하는 출구를 포함하는, 제 1항에 따른 제조방법에서 사용가능한 관형 혼합 챔버로서, 상기 수상과 용매상을 위한 입구들은 0 내지 180도의 각도로, 또는 두 개의 스트림이 0도와 180도와는 다른 각도로 만나는 방식으로 배열될 수 있는 관형 혼합 챔버.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 구멍이 원형이고 0.05㎜ 내지 1.0㎜ 의 직경을 갖는 관형 혼합 챔버.
