Abstract
Description
상기 알루미나와 3A족 금속산화물 또는 가열에 의해서 3A족 금속산화물이 되는 3A족 금속화합물, 또는 알루미나와 3A족 금속산화물의 화합물을 함유하는 원료 혼합물을 조제하고, 상기 원료 혼합물을 소성함으로써 얻어지며,
실온에서의 비커스경도가 1800 이상이고, 또한 1000℃에서의 비커스경도가 800 이상이고,
실온에서의 굽힘강도가 700㎫ 이상이고, 또한 1000℃에서의 굽힘강도가 500상기 알루미나와 3A족 금속산화물 또는 가열에 의해서 3A족 금속산화물이 되는 3A족 금속화합물, 또는 알루미나와 3A족 금속산화물의 화합물을 함유하는 원료 혼합물을 조제하고, 상기 원료 혼합물을 소성함으로써 얻어지며,
실온에서의 비커스경도가 1800 이상이고, 또한 1000℃에서의 비커스경도가 800 이상이고,
실온에서의 굽힘강도가 700㎫ 이상이고, 또한 1000℃에서의 굽힘강도가 500㎫ 이상, 1200℃에서의 굽힘강도가 400㎫ 이상㎫ 이상, 1200℃에서의 굽힘강도가 400㎫ 이상인 알루미나 세라믹스 소결체로 구성된다.

또, 실온 및 1000℃ 이상의 고온에서도 우수한 강도, 경도를 가지는 알루미나 세라믹스 소결체를 사용하고 있기 때문에 고속절삭성능과 내결손성을 겸비하며, 따라서 공구의 수명이 길고, 고속절삭에 매우 적합하게 사용할 수 있다.

- 소결체 중의 알루미나 입자의 평균입경이 1㎛ 보다도 크고 또한 4.0㎛ 이하이고, 소결체 중의 알루미나 100㏖에 대한 알칼리금속원소, 알칼리토류금속원소, Si원소 및 Ti원소의 산화물 환산량의 총량이 0.1㏖ 이하이고, 또한 이하의 식에 의해서 계산되는 X선 회절법에 의해서 측정된 알루미나의 최강 피크강도에 대한 ReAlO3 및 Re3Al5O12(Re:3A족 금속)의 최강 피크강도의 합계의 비율이 1∼75%이고,상기 알루미나와 3A족 금속산화물 또는 가열에 의해서 3A족 금속산화물이 되는 3A족 금속화합물, 또는 알루미나와 3A족 금속산화물의 화합물을 함유하는 원료 혼합물을 조제하고, 상기 원료 혼합물을 소성함으로써 얻어지며,실온에서의 비커스경도가 1800 이상이고, 또한 1000℃에서의 비커스경도가 800 이상이고,실온에서의 굽힘강도가 700㎫ 이상이고, 또한 1000℃에서의 굽힘강도가 500㎫ 이상, 1200℃에서의 굽힘강도가 400㎫ 이상인 알루미나 세라믹스 소결체로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미나계 절삭공구.(A+B)×100/CA: ReAlO3(112)의 피크강도B: Re3Al5O12(420)의 피크강도C: 알루미나(113)의 피크강도
