Abstract
Description
도 3에서 플로터의 외측면에는 가이드(310)가 돌출되어 형성되고, 하부 플레이트(210)에는 가이드 홈(305)이 형성된다. 상기 가이드 홈(305)으로 상기 가이드(310)가 삽입된다. 또한 상기 가이드 홈(305)은 상하 방향으로 형성된다.
상기 제2 고리(201)에는 상부 중간 부분이 개방되어 있고, 상기 개방된 부분으로 상기 제2 로드(207)가 용이하게 체결될 수 있다.
Claims (3)
- 연료 탱크로부터 연료가 넘치는 것을 방지하는 컷 밸브(cut valve)에 있어서,연료의 유면 높이에 따라 상하로 이동하는 플로터(floater);상기 플로터의 윗면에 형성되는 콘(cone);상기 콘의 양측에 상기 플로터의 윗면에 형성되는 제1, 2 고리; 및상기 유면이 상승할 경우, 상기 콘의 이동에 의하여 입구에 체결되며, 상기 제1, 2 고리에 삽입되는 제1, 2 로드가 양측에 형성되는 캡(cap);을 포함하고,상기 제1 고리보다 상기 제2 고리의 높이가 높아서, 상기 플로터가 하강할 때 상기 캡이 경사지게 배치되면서 상기 캡이 입구에서 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컷 밸브.
- 제1항에서,상기 플로터에 형성된 가이드가 삽입되는 가이드 홈이 형성되어 상기 플로터의 이동을 가이드하는 하부 플레이트를 더 포함하는 컷 밸브.
- 제1항에서,상기 제2 고리는 한쪽이 개방된 컷 밸브.
