Abstract
一种防止燃料从燃料箱溢流到燃料气体通道的截止阀,包括相应于燃料表面上下移动的浮子,形成在浮子上表面、与浮子整体移动的锥体,至少一个形成在浮子上表面、与浮子整体移动的连杆,和在燃料表面上升的情况通过锥体的移动截断燃料气体通道而设置的柱帽,该柱帽包括至少一个插入所述至少一个连杆的悬杆。

本申请要求了2006年11月14日在韩国知识产权局提出的韩国专利申请No.10-2006-0112469的优先权和权益,将其全部内容在此作为参考引入。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种截止阀。更具体地将,本发明涉及一种防止故障的截止阀。
背景技术
通常,安装截止阀用于防止燃料溢流到车辆的燃料箱的燃料气体通道中。
图1示出了根据现有技术的截止阀。
如果截止阀不能动作,燃料气体按顺序通过燃料气体通道入口105和燃料气体通道107,并流入金属罐。
如果燃料箱200装满燃料,浮子103上升,并且通过将与浮子103整体成形的锥体101插入燃料气体通道入口105来截断燃料气体通道入口105。
因此,能够防止燃料泄漏到燃料气体通道107中。
然后,如果消耗了燃料并且燃料箱200中的燃料表面降低,锥体101通过浮子103的重量与燃料气体通道入口105分离。
可是,根据现有技术的截止阀,如果在燃料气体通道入口105中存在燃料残渣或杂质,将出现锥体101不能与燃料气体通道入口105分离的问题。
在这种情况下,出现了由燃料消耗或燃料泄漏出现而引起了燃料箱变形的问题。

发明内容
本发明力图提供一种具防止故障的优点的截止阀。
本发明的具体实施例提供了一种防止燃料从燃料箱溢流到燃料气体通道的截止阀,其包括相应于燃料表面上下移动的浮子,形成在浮子上表面、与浮子整体移动的锥体,至少一个形成在浮子上表面、与浮子整体移动的连杆,和在燃料表面上升的情况下通过锥体的移动截断燃料气体通道而设置的柱帽,该柱帽包括至少一个插入所述至少一个连杆的悬杆。
该截止阀还包括引导浮子的底盘。
该至少一个连杆包括形成以在浮子向下移动的情况下拉动至少个悬杆的第一连杆和含有断开其一侧的第二连杆。

图2是透视图,其示出了根据本发明的具体实施例的截止阀,图3示出了根据本发明的具体实施例的未安装柱帽的浮子,并且图4和图5示出了根据本发明的具体实施例的截止阀的操作。
如图2所示,根据本发明的具体实施例,防止燃料从燃料箱溢流到燃料气体通道的截止阀包括浮子250、锥体301、至少一个连杆203和柱帽205。
浮子250相应于燃料的表面上下移动,锥体301形成于浮子250的上表面,以与浮子250整体移动。
至少一个连杆203形成于浮子250的上表面,以与浮子250整体移动。
布置柱帽205以在燃料表面上升的情况在通过锥体301的移动来截断燃料气体通道,而且其包括了至少一个插入至少一个连杆203的悬杆207。
如图3和图4所示,锥体301在浮子250的上表面与浮子250整体成形,并且布置柱帽205以盖住锥体301。
布置浮子205以相应于燃料箱200的燃料表面上下移动。
根据本发明的具体实施例,截止阀还包括引导浮子250的底盘210。
更确切地说,浮子250通过底盘210沿着直线上下移动。
该至少一个连杆203包括形成以在浮子250向下移动的情况下拉动至少一个悬杆209的第一连杆201和含有断开其一侧的第二连杆203。
该至少一个悬杆208包括第一悬杆209和第二悬杆208。
更确切地说,将第一悬杆209布置到第一连杆201上,并将第悬杆207布置到第二连杆203上。
如图4所示,在浮子250向下移动的情况下,锥体301将柱帽205置于倾斜的状态。
然后,如果浮子250通过燃料表面上升而向上移动,柱帽205水平放置,且截断燃料气体通道入口105。
然后,如果燃料表面下降,浮子250向下移动,且第一连杆201使第一悬杆209在向下方向移动。
因此,在具有粘性的燃料残渣或杂质存在于燃料气体通道入口105中的情况下,能够将柱帽205与燃料气体入口105分离。
因此,浮子250移回原始位置,柱帽205也移回原始位置。
根据本发明的具体实施例,虽然存在燃料残渣或杂质,由于能够容易地打开截止阀,所以可以防止截止阀故障。
因此,可防止燃料箱变形和燃料泄漏。

Claims (3)
1.一种防止燃料从燃料箱溢流到燃料气体通道的截止阀,包括:
相应于燃料表面上下运动的浮子;
形成于浮子上表面,与浮子整体移动的锥体;
至少一个形成于浮子上表面,与浮子整体移动的连杆;和
为了在燃料表面上升的情况通过锥体的移动截断燃料气体通道而设置在所述锥体上的柱帽,该柱帽包括至少一个插入所述至少一个连杆的悬杆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的截止阀,还包括:引导浮子的底盘。
3.根据权利要求1所述的截止阀,其特征在于:
该至少一个连杆包括:
形成在浮子向下移动的情况下拉动至少一个悬杆的第一连杆;和
含有断开其一侧的第二连杆。
