Claims (12)
- 서로 대향 배치된 제1 기판 및 제2 기판;상기 제1 기판 위에 형성된 반도체 소자 및 유기 발광 소자; 및상기 유기 발광 소자와 상기 제2 기판 사이에 형성되어 시야각을 조절하는 광학부를 포함하고,상기 광학부는,상기 제2 기판에 형성된 보조 전극; 및상기 유기 발광 소자와 상기 제2 기판 사이에 채워진 액정층을 포함하는 표시 장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 보조 전극이 상기 유기 발광 소자가 형성되지 않은 비발광 영역에 대응되어 복수로 형성된 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 보조 전극이 투명 또는 반투명한 표시 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 보조 전극이 ITO(indium tin oxide), IZO(indium zinc oxide) 및 MgAg 중 선택된 어느 하나를 포함하는 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유기 발광 소자는, 상기 반도체 소자와 전기적으로 연결되어 적층된 제1 화소 전극, 유기 발광층 및 제2 화소 전극을 포함하고,상기 액정층은 상기 제2 화소 전극 및 상기 보조 전극에 의해 구동되는 표시 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 제1 화소 전극이 반사막을 포함하는 표시 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 제1 화소 전극이 알루미늄(Al), 알루미늄-합금(Al-alloy), 은(Ag), 은-합금(Ag-alloy), 금(Au) 및 금-합금(Au-alloy) 중 선택된 어느 하나를 포함하는 표시 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 제2 화소 전극이 투명한 표시 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 제2 화소 전극이 ITO(indium tin oxide), IZO(indium zinc oxide) 및 MgAg 중 선택된 어느 하나를 포함하는 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 반도체 소자는 박막 트랜지스터인 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 표시 장치는 휴대용품용으로 사용되는 표시 장치.
