Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の一実施例による表示装置は互いに対向配置された第1基板及び第2基板、第1基板上に形成された半導体素子及び有機発光素子、及び、有機発光素子と第2基板の間に形成されて視野角を調節する光学部を含む。これにより、光の視野角を選択的に調節することができ、視野角調節のための追加パネルが不要であり、薄型の表示装置を製造することができ、製造工程を簡素化させることができる。

Claims (12)
- 互いに対向配置された第1基板及び第2基板、
前記第1基板上に形成された半導体素子及び有機発光素子、及び
前記有機発光素子と前記第2基板の間に形成されて視野角を調節する光学部、
を含むことを特徴とする、表示装置。 - 前記光学部は、
前記第2基板に形成された補助電極、及び
前記有機発光素子と前記第2基板の間に満たされた液晶層、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記補助電極が前記有機発光素子の形成されない非発光領域に対応して複数形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の表示装置。
- 前記補助電極が透明又は半透明であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の表示装置。
- 前記補助電極がITO、IZO及びMgAgのうち選択された何れか一つを含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の表示装置。
- 前記有機発光素子は、前記半導体素子と電気的に連結されて積層された第1画素電極、有機発光層及び第2画素電極を含み、
前記液晶層は前記第2画素電極及び前記補助電極によって駆動されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第1画素電極が反射膜を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1画素電極がアルミニウム(Al)、アルミニウム−合金、銀(Ag)、銀−合金、金(Au)及び金−合金のうち選択された何れか一つを含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第2画素電極が透明であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第2画素電極がITO、IZO及びMgAgのうち選択された何れか一つを含むことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の表示装置。
- 前記半導体素子は薄膜トランジスターであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記表示装置は携帯用品用として使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の表示装置。
