Claims (1)
- 일측에 이동형판(10)과, 타측에 상기 이동형판(10)과 밀착되는 고정형판(20)으로 이루어진 한 쌍의 사출금형에 있어서,상기 이동형판(10)은 내측에 성형물이 형성되는 성형홈(11)과 이 성형홈(11)에 혼합물이 유입되는 노즐(12)이 형성되며;상기 이동형판(10)과 밀착되며 중앙부분에 내부의 수납공간(24)과 연통되는 구멍(23)이 형성되며 상기 수납공간(24)의 대항되는 부분에 암나사부(25)를 갖으며, 상/하로 관통공(21)이 형성된 고정형판(20);상기 관통공(21)에 삽입되며 상부에 형성된 실린더(40)의 피스톤(41)에 조립되는 랙크(31);상기 랙크(31)와 치합되며 동일축상에 형성된 제1기어(32)와 제2기어(33);상기 제2기어(33)와 치합되며 양측에 숫나사(22b, 22c)가 형성되고 중앙부분에 제3기어(22a)와 베어링(22d)이 형성된 회전체(22);를 포함하며,여기서, 고정형판(20)의 수납공간(24)에 제1,2기어(32, 33)가 조립되고 제1기어(32)는 랙크(31)와 치합되며, 상기 제2기어(33)는 회전체(22)에 형성된 제3기어(22a)와 치합되고 상기 회전체(22)의 일측 숫나사(22c)는 고정형판(20)의 암나사부(25)에 조립되고 타측의 숫나사(22b)는 구멍(23)의 내부로 삽입되어 랙크(31)가 상/하이동시 회전체(22)를 전후진 시킴을 특징으로 하는 나사성형용 금형장치.
