Claims (6)
- 페라이트계 스테인레스강 용접관에 있어서, 성형, 용접 후에 둘레 길이를 0.5 내지 2.0%의 교정한 후 또는 상기 교정 후에 700 내지 850 ℃에서의 풀림 후의 용접관 모재부의 원주 방향 연신이 15% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 확관 가공성이 우수한 페라이트계 스테인레스강 용접관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 페라이트계 스테인리스강 용접관이 질량 %로 C : 0.001 내지 0.015 %, Si : 0.01 내지 1.0 %, Mn : 0.01 내지 1.0 %, P : 0.01 내지 0.03 %, S : 0.0005 내지 0.010 %, N : 0.001 내지 0.020 %, Cr : 11 내지 25 %, Mo : 0.01 내지 2.0 %, Ti 또는 Nb 중 1종류 또는 2종류를 각각 0.05 내지 0.5 %, B : 0.0003 내지 0.0030 %를 함유하고, Fe 및 불가피 불순물로 이루어지는 잔량부를 포함하며, 또한 용접부의 비커스 경도(HVW)와 모재부의 비커스 경도(HVM)의 경도차(ΔHV)(=HVW-HVM)가 10 내지 40의 범위이고, 용접부의 비드 두께(TW)와 모재부의 두께(TM)의 비(RT)(=TW/TM)가 1.05 내지 1.3인 것을 특징으로 하는 확관 가공성이 우수한 페라이트계 스테인레스강 용접관.
- 제2항에 있어서, 용접관 소재판의 원주 방향이 되어야 하는 방향의 연신율이 30 % 이상이고, 평균 랭크 포드치(r치)가 1.5 이상인 소재판을 이용하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 확관 가공성이 우수한 페라이트계 스테인레스강 용접관.

- 제1항에 있어서, 질량 %로 C : 0.001 내지 0.015 %, Si : 0.01 내지 1.0 %, Mn : 0.01 내지 1.0 %, P : 0.01 내지 0.03 %, S : 0.0005 내지 0.010 %, N : 0.001 내지 0.020 %, Cr : 11 내지 25 %, Mo : 0.01 내지 2.0 %, Ti 또는 Nb 중 1종류 또는 2종류를 각각 0.05 내지 0.5 %, B : 0.0003 내지 0.0030 %를 함유하고, 잔량부가 Fe 및 불가피 불순물로 이루어지고, 용접관 소재판의 원주 방향이 되어야 하는 방향의 연신율이 30 % 이상이고, 평균 랭크 포드치(r치)가 1.5 이상인 소재판을 이용하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 확관 가공성이 우수한 페라이트계 스테인레스강 용접관.
