Claims (11)
- 현무암을 원료로 하고, 상기 현무암에 Al2O3, SiO2, CaO, MgO로부터 선택되는 산화물의 1종 이상을 첨가하고, 상기 산화물의 첨가가 1성분인 경우에는, 그 첨가량이, 상기 현무암 100 중량부에 대하여 1∼40 중량부로 하고, 상기 산화물이 2성분인 경우는, 그 첨가량의 합계가, 상기 현무암 100 중량부에 대하여 1∼70 중량부로 하고, 상기 산화물이 3성분 이상인 경우에는, 그 첨가량의 합계가, 상기 현무암 100 중량부에 대하여 1∼60 중량부로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 암면 섬유재료.
- SiO2 함량이 61.5 wt%의 현무암과 Al2O3 함량이 16.5 wt%의 현무암의 2종의 현무암을 원료로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 암면섬유재료.
- 함유하는 원소량이 다른 2종의 현무암을 원료로 하고, 상기 현무암에 Al2O3, SiO2, CaO, MgO로부터 선택되는 산화물의 1종 이상을 첨가하고, 상기 산화물의 첨가가 1성분인 경우에는, 그 첨가량이, 상기 현무암 100 중량부에 대하여 1∼40 중량부로 하고, 상기 산화물이 2성분인 경우는, 그 첨가량의 합계가, 상기 현무암 100 중량부에 대하여 1∼70 중량부로 하고, 상기 산화물이 3성분 이상인 경우에는, 그 첨가량의 합계가, 상기 현무암 100 중량부에 대하여 1∼60 중량부로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 암면 섬유재료.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 암면 섬유재료로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 흡음재료.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 암면 섬유재료를 내열성 흡음재료로서 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 머플러.
