Claims (9)
- 불순물은 제외하고 적어도 20중량%의 기본 크롬 성분과, 철과, 합계가 10중량%를 넘지 않는 하나 또는 수개의 추가적인 금속 합금 성분 및 세라믹 합금 성분 중 적어도 하나로 구성되는 합금의 고밀도 성형 부품을 제조하기 위한 분말 야금 방법에 있어서,상기 제조는 최종 형상에 근접한 압축 대기 상태 분말의 압축 및 소결에 의해 행해지며, 상기 압축 대기 상태 분말로서, 철 및 추가적인 합금 성분으로 구성되는 마스터 합금(master alloy) 분말과 기본 크롬 성분과의 혼합물이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고밀도 성형 부품의 제조를 위한 분말 야금 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,분말 혼합물의 압축은, 수개의 부품을 구비하며 제조할 성형 부품의 기하학적 구조에 대응되고 적어도 분말과 접촉한 표면에서 마멸 보호층을 구비하는 프레싱 램을 가지고서 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고밀도 성형 부품의 제조를 위한 분말 야금 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서,성형 부품은 연료 전지의 인터커넥터인 것을 특징으로 하는 고밀도 성형 부품의 제조를 위한 분말 야금 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서,압축 대기 상태 분말은, 95중량%의 기본 크롬과, 0.5중량% 내지 0.8중량%의 이트륨을 갖는 5중량%의 철의 마스터 합금으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고밀도 성형 부품의 제조를 위한 분말 야금 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서,압축 대기 상태 분말은, 20중량% 내지 30중량%의 기본 크롬과, 0.5중량% 내지 0.8중량%의 희토류 금속을 갖는 70중량% 내지 80중량%의 철의 마스터 합금으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고밀도 성형 부품의 제조를 위한 분말 야금 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,압축 및 소결된 인터커넥터의 표면상에 크롬층이 전기 도금에 의해 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고밀도 성형 부품의 제조를 위한 분말 야금 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,압축 및 소결된 인터커넥터의 표면은, 흑연판의 도포에 이은 12시간 내지 48시간 동안의 1100℃ 내지 1300℃의 온도에서의 후속 열처리에 의해 탄소 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고밀도 성형 부품의 제조를 위한 분말 야금 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서,압축 대기 상태 분말은, 20중량% 내지 30중량%의 기본 크롬과, 0.5중량% 내지 0.8중량%의 이트륨을 갖는 70중량% 내지 80중량%의 철의 마스터 합금으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고밀도 성형 부품의 제조를 위한 분말 야금 방법.
