Claims (10)
- 폴리올 가교 가능한 불소 고무 100중량부 당, 일반식 F(CF2)2 nF(여기서 n은 5∼30의 정수이다)로 표시되는 퍼플루오로알칸, 일반식 F(CF2)mH(여기서 m은 10∼30의 정수이다)로 표시되는 1H-퍼플루오로알칸 또는 이들의 혼합물 0.5∼10중량부, 염기성 마그네슘·알루미늄·하이드로옥시카보네이트하이드레이트 0.5∼2중량부 및 Ca 화합물 이외의 수산제 1∼5중량부를 함유하여 이루어지는 폴리올 가교 가능한 불소 고무 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, Ca 화합물 이외의 수산제가 Mg 화합물 또는 Zn 화합물 수산제인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올 가교 가능한 불소 고무 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, Mg 화합물 수산제가 산화 마그네슘, 수산화 마그네슘, 탄산 마그네슘, 탄산 수산화 마그네슘 또는 탄산수소 마그네슘 칼륨인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올 가교 가능한 불소 고무 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, Zn 화합물 수산제가 산화 아연 또는 과산화 아연인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올 가교 가능한 불소 고무 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 불소 고무 100 중량부에 대해, 폴리올 가교제 0.5 내지 10 중량부 및 제4차 포스포늄염 가교 촉진제 0.1 내지 10 중량부를 더 함유시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올 가교 가능한 불소 고무 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 무니 스코치 타임(t5)(125℃)이 60분 이상이고, 210℃ 이하의 온도에서 2분 이내에 압축 성형 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올 가교 가능한 불소 고무 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, JIS A 경도가 60 이하인 불소 고무 가교물을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올 가교 가능한 불소 고무 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, JIS A 경도가 40∼56인 불소 고무 가교물을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올 가교 가능한 불소 고무 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 하드 디스크 드라이브용 고무 부품의 가황 성형 재료로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올 가교 가능한 불소 고무 조성물.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 하드 디스크 드라이브용 고무 부품의 가황 성형 재료로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올 가교 가능한 불소 고무 조성물.
