Claims (9)
- 절대(Absolute) 기공크기 0.1~0.8 ㎛의 범위에서 다양한 기공 분포를 가지는 멤브레인을 포함하고, 막 두께가 100~140㎛이고, 상기 멤브레인의 단면상 전체 면적에서 미세 다공 공극율이 70%~75%인 공간부피를 가지는, 다공성 구조의 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드 여과막.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 멤브레인의 구조는 표면이 핵성장에 의한 노듈라(Nodular) 구조체를 가지는, 다공성 구조의 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드 여과막.
- 다공성 지지체의 기재물로서 고분자수지를 첨가제와 함께, NMP와 부틸아세테이트의 혼합 용매에 용해하여 고분자용액을 형성하고;고분자 용액을 필름 지지체 상에 코팅하고;온도 및 습도 구배 장치를 이용하여, 상기 코팅된 용액을 예비 응고시키고;예비 겔화된 용액을 응고조에서 혼합용액에 침지하여 최종 응고시켜 멤브레인을 형성하고;형성된 멤브레인을 필름 지지체로부터 박리 시키고,수세조에서 상기 멤브레인 내부에 함유되어 있는 용매성분을 완전히 추출하여 기공을 형성하고; 및상기 다공성 멤브레인을 80℃의 공기로 건조시키는 단계를 포함하는, 다공성 여과막의 제조 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 온도 구배 장치는 20~50℃의 온도 범위에서 온도 구배를 조절하는, 다공성 여과막의 제조 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 습도 구배 장치는 30 ~ 80%의 습도 범위에서 습도 구배를 조절하는, 다공성 여과막의 제조 방법.
