Claims (10)
- 홀 수송층을 지닌 유기 반도체 물질을 제조하는 방법으로서,상기 홀 수소층이 도펀트와 유기 매트릭스 물질의 동시증착(co-evaporation)에 의해 제조되고, 상기 유기 매트릭스 물질은 일부 또는 전부가 하기 화학식 (I) 및/또는 하기 화학식 (II)의 스피로비플루오렌 화합물을 포함하며, 상기 유기 매트릭스 물질의 유리전이온도가 120℃ 이상이며, 유기 매트릭스 물질의 최상위 점유 분자 궤도 함수(HOMO: highest occupied molecular orbital)의 최대 에너지값이 5.4eV인 방법:상기 화학식(I) 및 (II)에서,각각의 R 및/또는 R'은 독립적으로 수소, 메틸, 에틸, n-프로필, 이소프로필, n-부틸, 이소부틸, 3차-부틸, NH2, N(CH3)2 및 NPh2로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되며, 이때 상기 화학식 (I)에서 모든 R은 동시에 수소가 아니고, 상기 화학식 (II)에서 R은 수소가 아니다.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 스피로비플루오렌 화합물의 유리전이온도가 120℃ 내지 250℃이며, 화합물의 최상위 점유 분자 궤도 함수의 에너지값이 4.5eV 내지 5.4eV임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 도펀트로 도핑된 유기 매트릭 물질의 홀 수송층을 함유하는 유기 반도체 물질로서, 유기 매트릭스 물질의 일부 또는 전부가 제 1항에 따른 화학식(I) 및/또는 화학식(II)의 하나 이상의 스피로비플루오렌 화합물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 유기 반도체 물질.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 도펀트가 2,3,5,6-테트라플루오로-7,7,8,8-테트라시아노퀴논디메탄 또는 이들의 유도체임을 특징으로 하는 유기 반도체 물질.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 도펀트 대 매트릭스 물질의 몰 도핑율이 1:1 내지 1:10,000임을 특징으로 하는 유기 반도체 물질.
- 유기 도펀트로 도핑된 유기 매트릭스 물질의 홀 수송층을 함유하는 유기 반도체 물질을 지닌 전자 부품으로서, 유기 매트릭스 물질의 일부 또는 전부가 제 1항에 따른 화학식(I) 및/또는 화학식(II)의 하나 이상의 스피로비플루오렌 화합물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 전자 부품.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 유기 발광 다이오드 (OLED), 광기전력 전지, 유기 태양 전지, 유기 다이오드 또는 유기 전계효과 트랜지스터 형태의 전자 부품.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 화합물의 최상위 점유 분자 궤도 함수의 에너지값이 4.8eV 내지 5.2eV임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
