Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明は、有機マトリックス材料がスピロビフルオレン化合物から少くとも部分的に構成され、該有機マトリックス材料のガラス転移温度が少くとも120℃であり、該マトリックス材料の最高被占分子軌道(HOMO)が5.4eVの最大エネルギーレベルにあることで特徴付けられる、有機半導体材料を製造するための有機マトリックス材料の使用;並びに有機半導体材料および電子部品に関する。

Description

のスピロビフルオレン化合物から少くとも部分的に構成される有機マトリックス材料であって、該有機マトリックス材料のガラス転移温度が少くとも120℃であり、該マトリックス材料の最高被占分子軌道(HOMO)が5.4eVの最大エネルギーレベルにあるものによって達成される。
そのため式(I)では、フェニル基に1以上の置換基を付してもよい。

収量:やや緑色状の粉末15.0g(13.8mmol、理論量の87%)

Claims (9)
- 式(I)および式(II)の各RおよびまたはR′が、独立して、水素、メチル、エチル、n‐プロピル、イソプロピル、n‐ブチル、イソブチル、tert‐ブチル、NH2、N(CH4)2およびNPh2からなる群より選択されるが、式(I)ですべてのRが同時に水素であることはない、請求項1に記載の有機マトリックス材料の使用。
- スピロビフルオレン化合物のガラス転移温度が120℃〜250℃であり、該化合物の最高被占分子軌道が4.5eV〜5.4eV、好ましくは4.8eV〜5.2eVのエネルギーレベルにある、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の有機マトリックス材料の使用。
- 有機マトリックス材料および有機ドーパントを含んでなり、有機マトリックス材料が、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載された1種以上の化合物から少くとも部分的に構成されてなる、有機半導体材料。
- ドーパントが2,3,5,6‐テトラフルオロ‐7,7,8,8‐テトラシアノキノジメタンまたはその誘導体である、請求項5に記載の有機半導体材料。
- ドーパント対マトリックス材料のモルドーピング比が1:1〜1:10000である、請求項5または6に記載の有機半導体材料。
- 有機マトリックス材料および有機ドーパントを含んでなる有機半導体材料を含有してなり、有機マトリックス材料が、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載されたスピロビフルオレン化合物から少くとも部分的に構成されている、電子部品。
- 有機発光ダイオード(OLED)、光電池、有機太陽電池、有機ダイオードまたは有機電界効果トランジスターの形をした、請求項8に記載の電子部品。
