Claims (14)
- 중성 침출, 페라이트 침출, 아연 전기분해 및 철 석출 단계를 포함하는 아연칼신으로부터의 회수공정에서 아연회수와 관련하여 황산염을 함유하는 용액으로부터 철을 자로사이트로서 가수분해 석출하는 방법에 있어서,- 두 단계의 중성 침출 (2, 5) 에서 칼신을 먼저 침출하고, 제 1 중성 침출단계 (2) 에서 형성된 아연황산염 용액을 용액 정화를 거쳐 아연 전기분해에 공급하는 단계,- 중성 침출 중에 용해되지 않은, 칼신에 함유된 페라이트를 페라이트 침출 (7) 에서 아연 전기분해의 순환 산을 사용하여 침출하는 단계,- 페라이트 침출에서 발생한 제2철을 환원단계 (10) 또는 페라이트 침출 (7) 에서 황화아연정광 또는 이산화황을 사용하여 제1철의 형태로 환원하는 단계,- 제1철 용액 (12) 을 제 2 중성 침출단계 (5) 로 보냄으로써 중화시키는 단계,- 제 2 중성 침출단계 (5) 로부터의 용액을 철석출 단계 (14) 에 공급하여, 이 단계에서 존재하는 나트륨, 칼륨 또는 암모늄 이온 및 자로사이트 핵의 존재 하에 산소-함유가스를 사용하여 중화된 제1철을 3가의 형태로 산화시키고, 석출단계의 온도를 상기 용액의 끓는점 이하로 하는 단계를 포함하는 철의 가수분해 석출 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 중성 침출단계로부터의 석출물, 즉 용해되지 않은 아연칼신을 사용하여 제 2 중성 침출단계에서 아연황산염을 함유하는 용액에 함유된 제1철을 중화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 철의 가수분해 석출방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 2 중성 침출단계로 제1철 용액을 보내기 전에, 상기 제1철 용액을 적어도 pH 4 의 농도로 중화시켜, 갈륨, 인듐 및 게르마늄을 석출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 철의 가수분해 석출방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 페라이트 침출에서 용해된 상기 제2철을 2가의 형태로 환원시킨후, 형성된 석출물을 아연배소기로 보내고 상기 용액은 상기 중성침출의 제 2 단계로 보내며, 상기 중성침출의 제 2 단계에서 상기 제 1 중성침출 단계에서의 잔류물을 사용하여 상기 용액을 중화시키며, 상기 제 2 중화단계로부터의 잔류물을 상기 페라이트 침출로 보내고 중화된 상기 용액은 상기 철 석출 단계로 보내며, 상기 철 석출단계에서 상기 철을 나트륨, 칼륨 또는 암모늄 이온 및 자로사이트 핵의 존재 하에 산소를 사용하여 자로사이트로 석출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 철의 가수분해 석출방법.
