Description
Claims (6)
- 배터리모듈의 지지장치에 있어서,다수의 배터리모듈(10)을 지지하는 모듈지지부(110)와;상기 모듈지지부(110)에 상기 배터리모듈(10)이 안착되도록 일정한 간격으로 형성된 지지홈(12)을 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 모듈지지부(110)는 배터리모듈의 양단부 또는 전단부, 중간부 및 후단부를 지지하고, 상기 배터리모듈(10)이 1단의 모듈지지부(110)에 장착되는 모듈수를 초과하는 경우에 다수단으로 모듈지지부(110)를 적층시킨 후 전기적인 접속 및 기계적인 결합을 하되, 냉각풍의 상류측에서 하류측으로 향해 냉각풍과 모듈(10)과의 접촉면적이 커지도록 상기 모듈지지부(110)의 폭이 작아지게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리모듈의 지지장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 모듈지지부(110)는 하단에 위치한 제1모듈지지부(110a)와, 중간에 위치한 제2모듈지지부(110b)와, 상단에 위치한 제3모듈지지부(110c)로 구성되고, 상기 제1모듈지지부의 상면 및 제3모듈지지부의 하면에는 반원으로 나뉜 지지홈(12)이 일정한 간격으로 형성되고, 상기 제2모듈지지부의 상면 및 하면에는 상기 지지홈(12)이 일정 또는 부정한 간격으로 형성되며, 상기 지지홈(12)은 배터리모듈(10)의 외주면을 반씩 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리모듈의 지지장치.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 모듈지지부(110)는 일면이 수직방향으로 형성된 평면부와, 상기 평면부에 대해 일정한 각도로 경사지게 형성된 경사면부를 포함하고, 상기 모듈지지부(110)는 배터리모듈의 전단부, 중간부 및 후단부를 각각 지지하는 전단측, 중간측 및 후단측 모듈지지부(110a',110b',110c')로 배치되되, 상기 중간측 모듈지지부(110b')는 평면부(111)가 접하도록 2개의 모듈지지부가 합쳐지고, 상기 전단측 및 중간측 모듈지지부(110a',110b')와, 상기 후단측 및 중간측 모듈지지부(110c',110b')는 경사면부(112)가 서로 마주보게 일정한 간격으로 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리모듈의 지지장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 지지홈(12)에는 모듈지지부(110)의 길이방향으로 절개부(13,130)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리모듈의 지지장치.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 절개부(130)는 냉각풍의 상류측에서 하류측으로 갈수록 컷팅량이 커져 서 상기 절개부(130)를 통해 냉각풍과 모듈(10)과의 접촉면적이 커지는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리모듈의 지지장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 제2모듈지지부(110b)의 상면에 형성된 지지홈(12)은 상기 제2모듈지지부의 하면에 형성된 지지홈(12) 사이에 엇갈리게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리모듈의 지지장치.
