Claims (5)
- 제1압착롤러(13a, 13b)를 통과하면서 미장합판(11)에 액상멜라민 접착제가 도포되는 제1 도포공정과, 제2역행압착롤러(14a, 14b)를 통과하면서 액상멜라민 접착제가 1차 도포된 미장합판(11)에 액상멜라민 접착제가 도포되는 제2 역행도포공정과, 돌기콘베어(17)에 거치 상태로 건조실(16)을 이동하면서 건조되는 건조공정과 미장합판(11)의 양면에 멜라민시트(12ab)가 부착되어 상온으로 압착(3 ∼ 8㎏/㎠)하는 저온압착공정과, 상온에서 압착된 미장합판(11)을 고온(150℃ ∼ 180℃)으로 압착(15㎏/㎠)하는 고온압착공정으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 멜라민미장합판 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1압착롤러(13a, 13b)와 제2역행압착롤러(14a, 14b)는 상부롤러(13a, 14b)와 하부롤러(13b, 14b)로 구성되고 상. 하 롤러(13a, 14a, 13b, 14b)에는 롤러(13a, 14a, 13b, 14b)를 통과하는 미장합판(11)에 액상멜라민 접착제를 도포하는 코터(19a, 19b, 19c, 19d)가 각각 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 멜라민미장합판 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 건조실(16)은 미장합판(11)을 거치한 돌기콘베어(17)가 통과할 수 있도록 양쪽으로 개방되며 건조실(16) 내부에는 고온의 전열기구가 배치되어 액상 멜라민 접착제를 건조할 수 있도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 멜라민미장합판 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 멜라민시트(12a, 12b)를 압착시키는 1차 프레스(15a)는 3 ∼ 8㎏/㎠의 압착력으로 상온 압착하며 멜라민시트(12a, 12b)를 압착시키는 2차 프레스(15b)는 150 ∼ 180℃의 온도로 40 ∼ 60초간 10 ∼ 15㎏/㎠의 압력으로 압착하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 멜라민미장합판 제조방법.
