Claims (7)
- 가열 분위기 하에서 전처리한 후, He, N2, CO2, O2, F2, NF3 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 표면처리제로 표면처리한 탄소 재료의 표면의 잔류 산소 함량이 탄소재료 100 중량부 대비 5 중량부 이하임을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 탄소 재료가 결정의 층간 거리 d(002)가 3.360Å 이하이고, 결정자 크기 Lc 가 500Å 이상인 구상의 결정질 탄소 재료임을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전처리 단계의 가열 분위기가 300 내지 1000℃ 이하의 온도임을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 표면처리시의 온도가 100 내지 800℃ 이하임을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 음극 활물질.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 음극 활물질의 전극 밀도가 1.7 내지 2.0 이하임을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 음극 활물질의 탭밀도가 0.5 내지 1.3 이하인 것임을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 음극 활물질.
