Claims (7)
- 고분자 수지, 유기용매 및 첨가제를 포함하는 방사원액을 2중관형 방사구금에 공급함과 동시에 지지체를 상기 2중관형 방사구금의 중앙 중공부로 통과시켜 지지체의 외표면에 방사원액의 코팅층을 형성시킨 다음 이를 비용매에 침전시켜 상기 코팅층을 고상으로 전환시켜 지지체로 보강된 복합 중공사막을 제조함에 있어서, 상기 지지체를 2중관형 방사구금의 중앙 중공부로 통과시키기 전에 플라즈마로 처리하여 표면을 개질시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 지지체로 보강된 복합 중공사막의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 지지체가 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트계 브레이드, 나일론계 브레이드, 폴리에틸렌계 브레이드 및 폴리프로필렌계 브레이드 중에서 선택된 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 지지체로 보강된 복합 중공사막의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 지지체를 플라즈마로 처리시 플라즈마 노출시간이 0.5초~100초인 것을 특징으로 하는 지지체로 보강된 복합 중공사막의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 지지체를 플라즈마로 처리시 플라즈마의 전원 주파수가 10kHz~100kHz인 것을 특징으로 하는 지지체로 보강된 복합 중공사막의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 지지체를 플라즈마로 처리시 플라즈마의 인가전압이 1kV~100kV인 것을 특징으로 하는 지지체로 보강된 복합 중공사막의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 지지체를 플라즈마로 처리시 플라즈마의 공정가스가 공기, 헬륨 및 아르콘 중에서 선택된 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 지지체로 보강된 복합 중공사막의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 지지체를 플라즈마로 처리시 플라즈마의 공정가스 유속이 1~50㎜/초 인 것을 특징으로 하는 지지체로 보강된 복합 중공사막의 제조방법.
