Claims (12)
- 전기 광학 소자를 포함하는 전기 광학 기판과,상기 전기 광학 기판 위에 실장되어, 상기 전기 광학 소자를 구동하는 복수의 구동 회로와,상기 복수의 구동 회로간을 전기적으로 접속하는 제 1 접속로와,상기 제 1 접속로 중 적어도 일부의 접속로를 포함하는 제 1 기판을 구비하고,상기 전기 광학 기판과 상기 제 1 기판은 별도의 기판으로 구성되어 있고,상기 제 1 접속로는 인접하는 상기 구동 회로간의 접속 경로로서 기능하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호 전송 회로.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 접속로 중 적어도 일부의 접속로는 상기 전기 광학 기판 및 상기 제 1 기판 위에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호 전송 회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 구동 회로는 그 평면 형상이 직사각형이며,상기 제 1 접속로 중 적어도 일부의 접속로는 상기 직사각형의 구동 회로의 긴 변측에 접합부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호 전송 회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 기판에 설치되는 적어도 일부의 접속 경로는 전기적으로 접촉 가능한 상태로 가공된 접촉 가능 영역을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호 전송 회로.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 기판에 설치되는 접속 경로에는 전원 배선이 포함되고,상기 전원 배선에 설치된 상기 접촉 가능 영역에 콘덴서가 실장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호 전송 회로.
- 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 기판에 설치되는 접속 경로에는 전원 배선이 포함되고,상기 전원 배선에 설치된 상기 접촉 가능 영역에 전원 강화용 배선이 실장되 어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호 전송 회로.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,복수의 상기 제 1 기판 사이에서 상기 전원 강화용 배선이 공통 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호 전송 회로.
- 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 기판에 설치되는 접속 경로에는 전원 배선이 포함되고,상기 전원 배선에 설치된 상기 접촉 가능 영역이 복수의 상기 제 1 기판 사이에서 접합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호 전송 회로.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 신호 전송 회로와,상기 신호 전송 회로를 제어하는 제어 회로가 설치된 제 2 기판을 구비한 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 11 항에 기재된 전기 광학 장치와,상기 전기 광학 장치를 제어하는 회로를 구비한 전자 기기.
