Claims (4)
- 건축물의 내·외장재로 사용되는 몰딩부재의 표면에 접착되는 우드롤 베니어 도장방법에 있어서,알리파틱 우레탄 폴리이드 디아크릴레이트 올리고머 10 내지 30 중량%와 에폭시 아크릴레이트 올리고머 30 내지 50중량%와, 아크릴 모노머 20 내지 40 중량%와, 광개시제 2 내지 5 중량%와, 첨가제 0.1 내지 1.5 중량%와, 탈크 5 내지 20 중량%를 갖는 초유연성 자외선 경화형 도료를 상기 우드롤 베니어 표면에 도포하는 자외선 경화도료 도포단계;상기 우드롤 베니어 표면에 도포된 자외선 경화형 도료를 건조시키는 건조단계; 및상기 우드롤 베니어 표면에 도포되어 건조된 자외선 경화형 도료 표면을 연마하는 연마단계를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 우드롤 베니어 도장방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 연마단계는 연마장비를 사용하여 상기 건조된 자외선 경화형 도료 표면을 기계적으로 연마하는 것을 특징으로 하는 우드롤 베니어 도장방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 자외선 경화도료 도포단계에서 상기 자외성 경화형 도료는 상기 우드롤 베니어 표면에 30g/㎡ 내지 100g/㎡이 도포되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 우드롤 베니어 도장방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 우드롤 베니어 도장방법은 상기 연마단계를 거친 상기 우드롤 베니어를 상기 몰딩부재의 표면에 접착하는 접착단계를 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 우드롤 베니어 도장방법.
