Abstract
Description
Claims (35)
- 폴리(아릴렌 에터)를 포함하는 제 1 열가소성 물질;폴리(알케닐 방향족) 수지, 고무 개질된 폴리스티렌, 폴리아마이드, 폴리올레핀 및 이들 중 둘 이상의 조합으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 제 2 열가소성 물질; 및커플링제, 항산화제, 이형제, 자외선 흡수제, 광 안정제, 열 안정제, 윤활제, 가소제, 안료, 염료, 착색제, 정전기 방지제, 조핵제, 항-적하제, 산 소거제 및 이들 중 둘 이상의 조합으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 첨가제를 포함하는 열가소성 조성물을 제조하기 위한 열가소성 농축물로서,농축물의 총 중량을 기준으로, 폴리(아릴렌 에터)가 50 내지 99 중량%의 양으로 존재하고, 폴리(알케닐 방향족) 수지가 3 내지 50 중량%의 양으로 존재하고, 폴리아마이드가 5 내지 50 중량%의 양으로 존재하고, 폴리올레핀이 5 내지 80 중량%의 양으로 존재하고, 첨가제 또는 첨가제의 조합이 1 내지 25 중량%의 양으로 존재하며, 제 1 열가소성 물질 및 첨가제의 양이 열가소성 조성물 중에서보다 농축물 중에서 더 높은, 열가소성 농축물.
- 제 1 항의 농축물을 제 1 또는 제 2 열가소성 물질과 동일하거나 상이한 제 3 열가소성 물질, 난연성 첨가제, 강화제, 전기적으로 전도성인 충전제, 전기적으로 비전도성인 충전제 및 이들 중 둘 이상의 조합으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 성분과 용융 혼합함을 포함하는, 열가소성 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,조성물, 농축물 또는 둘 다가 충격 개질제를 추가로 포함하는 농축물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,농축물이 건조 배합물 형태인 농축물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,농축물이 펠렛화된 형태인 농축물.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,제 1 열가소성 물질이 폴리(아릴렌 에터)이고; 열가소성 조성물이 폴리(아릴렌 에터)의 총 중량 기준으로, 약 800중량ppm 이하 수준의 부티르알데히드, 약 30중량ppm 이하 수준의 트라이메틸아니졸, 및 약 100중량ppm 이하 수준의 톨루엔을 갖는 농축물.
- 제 5 항의 펠렛화된 농축물을, 제 3 열가소성 물질, 난연성 첨가제, 강화제, 전기적으로 전도성인 충전제, 전기적으로 비전도성인 충전제 및 이들중 둘 이상의 조합으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 성분과 배합하여 배합물을 형성하는 단계; 및형성된 배합물을 사출 성형하는 단계를 포함하는, 열가소성 조성물의 사출 성형 방법.
