EL ACIDO CARBOXILICO O EL ANHIDRIDO SE PUEDEN AÑADIR EN ESTADO SOLIDO PERO PREFERENTEMENTE SE AÑADEN EN UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA. EL ACIDO CARBOXILICO SE AÑADE PREFERENTEMENTE ES UNA SOLUCCION ACUOSA.
