Claims (9)
- 탱크 내 저장된 액체를 관을 통해 배기가스 정화 장치에 공급하는 배기가스 후처리 장치용 액체 공급 장치로서, 상기 관은 상기 탱크 내 액체를 해빙한 후에 열유지 장치를 사용하여 열적으로 유지되는, 상기 액체 공급 장치에 있어서,상기 열유지 장치는:상기 탱크 내 온도를 검출하는 탱크 온도 센서;주변온도를 검출하는 주변온도 센서;상기 관을 가열하는 히터;상기 관 내 액체의 흐름상태에 기초하여, 상기 주변온도 센서의 출력과 상기 탱크 온도 센서의 출력 중 하나를 선택하는 선택부; 및상기 선택부로부터의 출력에 응답하여 열유지에 필요한 열유지를 위한 전류를 공급하는 구동부를 포함하는, 액체 공급 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 선택부는 상기 관 내 액체의 흐름상태를 검출하는 검출부, 및 상기 검출부에 응답하여 상기 주변온도센서의 출력과 상기 탱크 온도센서의 출력 중 하나를 선택하는 스위칭부를 포함하는, 액체 공급 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 선택부는 상기 관 내 액체의 상기 흐름상태에 기초하여 상기 관 내 액체가 결빙되는 것으로 판정될 때 상기 주변온도센서의 출력을 선택적으로 출력하고, 상기 관 내에 액체가 흐르는 것으로 판정될 때 상기 탱크 온도센서의 출력을 선택적으로 출력하는, 액체 공급 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 구동부는 상기 선택부로부터의 상기 출력에 응답하여 제어되는 듀티비(duty ratio)의 펄스전류를 출력하는, 액체 공급 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 구동부는 상기 탱크 내 액체를 해빙할 때 미리결정된 고정값으로 상기 펄스전류의 듀티비를 설정하는, 액체 공급 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 구동부는, 상기 관 내 액체가 해빙될 필요가 있는지 아니면 열적으로 유지될 필요가 있는지 여부를 판정하고, 상기 관 내 액체가 해빙 혹은 열적으로 유지될 필요가 있는 것으로 판정되었을 때만 상기 펄스전류를 출력하는 판정부를 더 포함하는, 액체 공급 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 구동부는, 상기 관 내 액체가 해빙될 필요가 있는지 아니면 열적으로 유지될 필요가 있는지 여부를 판정하고, 상기 관 내 액체가 해빙 혹은 열적으로 유지될 필요가 있는 것으로 판정되었을 때만 상기 펄스전류를 출력하는 판정부를 더 포함하는, 액체 공급 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 판정부는 상기 주변온도 센서 또는 상기 탱크온도에 응답하며 탱크온도 및 주변온도 중 하나가 요소수의 결빙온도가 되는지 아니면 미만이 되는지에 기초하여 판정을 수행하는, 액체 공급 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 판정부는 상기 탱크 온도센서 혹은 상기 주변온도센서에 응답하며, 탱크온도 및 주변온도 중 하나가 요소수의 결빙온도가 되는지 아니면 미만이 되는지에 기초하여 판정을 수행하는, 액체 공급 장치.
