Claims (12)
- 밸브 코일을 통한 전류를 나타내는 제어 신호에 의해 밸브가 작동되고, 하나 이상의 밸브를 포함하는 제어 시스템 내에서 밸브의 오류 거동과 관련될 수 있는 누출이 발생하는지의 여부가 검출되는, 하나 이상의 밸브를 제어하기 위한 방법에 있어서,누출이 인식되었을 때, 사전 설정된 길이, 세기, 및 변경 속도 중 하나 이상으로 된 제어 신호가 밸브의 제어를 위해 출력되며,상기 제어 신호는하나 이상의 밸브를 단시간에 개방하고 다시 폐쇄하고, 여기서 밸브를 통한 압력 차이가 사전 결정된 변수를 초과하면, 단시간 개방을 위한 제어 신호가 생성되는 단계와,적은 압력 차이에서 유입 및 배출 밸브를 단시간에 개방하는 단계와,밸브 볼을 높은 속도로 밸브 시트로 안내하는 단계 중 하나 이상의 단계를 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하나 이상의 밸브를 제어하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 밸브는 정상 작동에서 제어 신호를 통해 완전히 폐쇄된 위치와 완전히 개방된 위치 사이의 한 위치로 위치되는 시트 밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는, 하나 이상의 밸브를 제어하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 밸브의 단시간 개방을 위해, 사전 결정된 시간 동안 사전 결정된 변수의 전류를 밸브에 공급하는 제어 신호가 검출되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하나 이상의 밸브를 제어하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제어 신호의 길이 및 세기 중 하나 이상은 단시간 제어의 실행 빈도에 따르는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하나 이상의 밸브를 제어하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 밸브의 제어 정보가 진단 및 제어 중 하나 이상을 위한 목적으로 저장되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하나 이상의 밸브를 제어하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 밸브를 통한 압력 차이가 사전 설정된 값 보다 작을 때, 밸브에 대한 신속한 전류 공급 및 전류 차단 중 하나 이상이 개시됨으로써, 밸브 볼이 높은 속도로 시트로 안내되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하나 이상의 밸브를 제어하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전류의 변경 변수 및 전류의 세기 중 하나 이상은 제어 실행 빈도에 따르는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하나 이상의 밸브를 제어하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제어 시스템의 특성에 가능한 한 적은 반작용을 발생시키도록 밸브의 단시간 개방 길이, 밸브의 단시간 개방 세기, 및 밸브의 신속한 제어 중 하나 이상이 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하나 이상의 밸브를 제어하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제어 시스템의 특성에 가능한 한 적은 반작용을 발생시키도록 밸브의 단시간 개방 길이, 밸브의 단시간 개방 세기, 및 밸브의 신속한 제어 중 하나 이상이 선택되며, 이러한 선택은 배출 밸브 내에서 누출이 인식되었을 때 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하나 이상의 밸브를 제어하기 위한 방법.
