Description
Claims (12)
- 밸브 코일을 통한 흐름을 나타내는 제어 신호에 의해 밸브가 작동되고, 적어도 하나의 밸브를 포함하는 제어 시스템 내에서 밸브의 오류 특성과 관련될 수 있는 누출이 발생하는지의 여부가 검출되는 적어도 하나의 밸브를 제어하기 위한 방법에 있어서,적어도 하나의 밸브를 단시간에 개방하고 다시 폐쇄하거나 또는 밸브 볼을 밸브 시트로 안내하는, 사전 설정된 길이 및/또는 세기 및/또는 변경 속도의 제어 신호가 누출이 인식되었을 때 밸브의 제어를 위해 출력되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 밸브는 정상 작동에서 제어 신호를 통해 완전히 폐쇄된 위치와 완전히 개방된 위치 사이의 한 위치로 전달되는 시트 밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 상기 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 밸브의 단시간 개방을 위해, 사전 결정된 시간동안 사전 결정된 변수의 흐름을 밸브에 공급하는 제어 신호가 검출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 상기 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 밸브를 통한 압력 차이가 사전 결정된 변수를 초과하는 경우, 제어 신호가 적어도 하나의 밸브의 단시간 개방을 위해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 상기 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제어 신호의 길이 및/또는 세기가 단시간 제어의 실행 빈도에 따르는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 상기 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 밸브의 제어는 진단 및/또는 조정을 목적으로 저장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 상기 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사전 설정된 값 보다 작은 밸브를 통한 압력 차이에서, 밸브의 신속한 흐름 공급 및/또는 흐름 배출이 개시됨으로써, 밸브 볼이 높은 속도로 시트로 안내되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 흐름의 변경 변수 및/또는 흐름의 세기는 제어 실행 빈도에 따르는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 상기 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 밸브의 단시간 개방 및 밸브의 신속한 제어 길이 및/또는 세기는 제어 시스템의 특성에 가능한 한 적은 반작용을 발생시키도록 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 상기 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적은 압력 차이에서 흡기 및 배기 밸브의 단시간 개방이 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 배기 밸브 내에서 누출이 인식되었을 때 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 적어도 하나의 밸브를 작동시키는 제어 신호를 형성하는 적어도 하나의 산출 요소를 포함하는 제어 유닛을 갖고, 산출 요소는 밸브의 오류 특성과 관련될 수 있는, 밸브를 포함하는 시스템 내의 누출을 인식하는 수단을 포함하는 적어도 하나의 밸브를 제어하기 위한 장치에 있어서,상기 산출 유닛은 누출이 인식되었을 때 사전 결정된 길이 및/또는 세기 및/또는 변경 속도의 제어 신호를 통해 밸브를 작동시키는 수단을 더 포함함으로써, 밸브가 단시간에 개방되고 다시 폐쇄되거나, 또는 밸브 볼이 밸브 시트로 안내되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
