Abstract
Description
고전적인 CVC 기술에서는 변위될 수 있는 롤의 롤 배럴 길이가 변위되지 않는 고정 롤보다 축방향 변위 행정만큼 항상 더 길게 된다. 그럼으로써, 변위될 수 있는 롤의 롤 배럴 에지가 고정 롤 배럴 아래로 밀어 넣어질 수 없도록 하는 것이 구현된다. 그에 따라, 표면 손상/표면 자국이 회피되게 된다.

Claims (7)
- 한 쌍씩의 작업 롤(10, 10'), 중간 롤(11, 11'), 및 지지 롤(12, 12')을 구비하고 있고, 적어도 중간 롤(11, 11') 및 작업 롤(10, 10')이 축방향 변위장치와 연동하며, 각각의 중간 롤(11, 11')이 CVC 변위 행정만큼 연장된 롤 배럴을 구비하고, 롤 배럴이 스트립 에지(14') 구역에 일측 편 조정 영역(x)을 구비하도록 되어 있고, 상부 중간 롤(11)을 축방향을 따라 구동측(AS) 방향으로, 그리고 하부 중간 롤(11')을 작동측(BS) 방향으로 또는 그 역으로 각각 변위시키되, 각각의 중간 롤(11, 11')의 변위 시에 조정 영역(x)의 시작부(x')를 스트립 에지(14')의 외부에, 스트립 에지(14') 상에, 또는 스트립 폭(14)의 내에 각각 위치시키도록 되어 있는 6단 롤 스탠드로서 중간 롤(11, 11')을 스트립 에지에 적합하게 맞추어 변위시키는 방법에 있어서,a) 중립 변위 위치(Szw = 0 ㎜)를 기점으로 하여 중간 롤(11, 11')을 스탠드 중심(y-y)에 대해 대칭으로 그 축선(x-x) 방향을 따라 각각 동일한 크기만큼 변위시키고,b) 상이한 스트립 폭 범위에서의 변위 위치가, 상기 스트립 에지(14')에 대한 조정 영역(x)의 시작부(x')의 상이한 위치를 규정하는 단계적 선형 수식 함수에 의해 미리 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 한 쌍씩의 작업 롤(10, 10'), 중간 롤(11, 11'), 및 지지 롤(12, 12')을 구비하고 있고, 적어도 중간 롤(11, 11') 및 작업 롤(10, 10')이 축방향 변위장치와 연동하며, 각각의 중간 롤(11, 11')이 CVC 변위 행정만큼 연장된 롤 배럴을 구비하고, 롤 배럴이 스트립 에지(14) 구역에 일측 편 조정 영역(x)을 구비하도록 되어 있는 6단 롤 스탠드에서 롤 배럴이 양측으로 연장된 중간 롤(11, 11')을 스트립 에지에 적합하게 맞추어 변위시키는 롤 스탠드에 있어서,중간 롤(11, 11')의 롤 배럴은 서로 연접된 2개의 영역 "a " 및 "b"로 그 길이(l)가 분할되는 조정 영역(x)을 구비하고, 영역 "a" 및 "b"에서는 조정 영역(x)이 좌표 (x,y)의 방향으로 다음의 방정식으로부터 주어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤 스탠드.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 영역 "a"의 길이가 100 ㎜로 주어진 경우에, 영역 "a"와 "b"의 조정 영역(x)에서 치수 "d"의 순차적인 경감은, "a"를 따라 다음의 표에 의해서 이행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤 스탠드.
