Claims (7)
- 하나 이상의 실 주위에 에어젯을 공급함으로써 실을 다발화하고 직조하기 위한 실 처리 노즐로서,입구 단부, 출구 단부, 실 채널, 및 주입 덕트를 갖는 코어이되, 상기 실 채널은 입구 단부로부터 출구 단부까지 상기 코어를 관통하고 그 내부에서 진행하는 실을 가질 수 있으며, 상기 주입 덕트는 상기 실 주위로 제트 기류를 공급하기 위하여 실 채널 내로 개방된 코어;실질적으로 탄소 또는 탄소화합물의 무기 고체 물질로 구성되고, 상기 코어의 입구 단부, 출구 단부, 및 실 채널의 내측 표면 상에 코팅된 코팅부; 및상기 코어를 기밀적으로 지지하는 노즐 하우징;을 포함하는 실 처리 노즐.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 탄소 또는 탄소화합물의 무기 고체 물질은 다이아몬드, 다이아몬드 유사 탄소체, 티타늄 카바이드, 및 티타늄 카보니트라이드로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나인 실 처리 노즐.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 코팅부와 코어 사이에 개재된 중간층을 더 포함하는 실 처리 노즐.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 코팅부의 두께는 0.05㎛ 내지 50㎛ 인 실 처리 노즐.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 코어와 노즐 하우징은 일체로 형성된 실 처리 노즐.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 실 채널의 내측 표면은 상기 입구 단부로 개방된 원추형 표면과 상기 출구 단부로 개방되고 둥글게 처리된 주변부를 포함하는 실 처리 노즐.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 노즐 하우징은 공기 공급 튜브 및 공기 공급 튜브와 소통하는 오목부를 더 포함하고, 상기 오목부와 코어는 상기 공기 공급 튜브로부터 공급된 공기를 일시적으로 저장하고 그 공기를 상기 주입 덕트로 방출하기 위한 에어 챔버를 한정하는 실 처리 노즐.
