Abstract

A medium for growing king oyster mushroom(Pleurotus eryngii) comprising Coco Peat and mineral mixtures is provided to increase the production capacity of mushroom by 30 to 40% as compared to a conventional medium and reduce environmental pollution from effluent thereof remarkably and the cost of production by using low cost raw materials as main ingredient. A medium for growing king oyster mushroom comprises: 50 to 60% by weight of Coco Peat, 0.0025% by weight of mineral mixtures, 29.9975% by weight of rice bran and 10 to 20% by weight of sawdust of Douglas fir. The mineral mixtures contain 28.7% by weight of magnesium sulfate, 25% by weight of zinc sulfate, 36% by weight of iron sulfate, 9.6% by weight of copper sulfate, 0.31% by weight of calcium iodate, 0.3% by weight of cobalt sulfate and 0.09% by weight of sodium selenite.

상기 표 1에 나타난 재배시험 결과를 살펴보면, 코코피트 30 - 60중량%, 미 네랄 혼합물 0.0025중량% 함유한 배지(실시예 1,2,3,4)가 미송톱밥 70중량%, 미강 30%로 이루어진 종래배지(비교예 1) 보다 수확량(g/1100cc 병)이 20 - 30% 높았고, 균사생장속도(mm/10일)는 15 - 25% 높았으며, 균사밀도도 우수하였다. 그 중에서도 코코피트 함류량을 50 - 60중량%로 한정한 실시예 1,2,3 배지의 성적이 코코피터의 함량을 30중량%로 한정한 실시예 4보다 더 우수한 성적을 나타냈다. 50 - 60중량% 범위내에서 코코피트 함유량을 달리한 실시예 1, 2, 3 사이에는 유의할 만한 성적 차이를 보이지 않았다. 더 나아가서 코코피트 및 미네랄 혼합물 함유량은 각각 55중량%. 0.0025중량%로 실시예 1과 동일하나 미강 및 미송톱밥 대신 옥수수가루 9중량%, 비트펄프 3중량%, 밀기울 23 중량% , 팜박(압착에 의해 팜유를 추출하고난 부산물) 5중량%, 당밀 1.4중량%, 미강 3중량% 및 탄산칼슘 0.5975중량%를 혼합한 실시예 5의 배지가 실시예 1 및 실시예 1과 코코피트 의 함유량만 각각 5중량% 달리하는 실시예 2, 3의 배지보다 수확량에서 10% 증수된 결과를 보였다.Looking at the results of the cultivation test shown in Table 1, the medium (Examples 1,2,3,4) containing 30 to 60% by weight cocoate, 0.0025% by weight of the mineral mixture is 70% by weight of rice pine sawdust, 30% rice bran Yield (g / 1100cc bottle) was 20-30% higher than the conventional medium (Comparative Example 1), the mycelial growth rate (mm / 10 days) was 15-25% higher, and the mycelial density was also excellent.
