Claims (7)
- 절연 전선의 기본 소재를 구성하는 절연성 베이스 수지;상기 절연성 베이스 수지 100 중량부에 대해 5 내지 40 중량부의 함량으로 포함되는 무기절연제; 및상기 절연성 베이스 수지 100 중량부에 대해 0.1 내지 30 중량부의 함량으로 포함되어 절연 전선의 가요성을 개선하는 고무상 개질제;를 포함하여 이루어지되,상기 무기절연제는, 그 직경이 5 내지 900 ㎚인 금속질화물로서, 실리콘(Si), 티타늄(Ti), 지르코늄(Zr) 및 코발트(Co)로 이루어진 물질군 중에서 선택된 어느 하나의 단일물 또는 이들 중 임의로 선택된 둘 이상의 물질로 이루어진 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 부분 방전에 대한 내성을 갖는 절연 전선 제조용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 절연성 베이스 수지는 폴리에스테르(polyester), 폴리에스터이미드(polyesterimide), 폴리아미드이미드(polyamideimide), 폴리이미드(polyimide) 및 그들의 공중합체로 이루어진 물질군 중에서 선택된 어느 하나의 단일물 또는 이들 중 임의로 선택된 둘 이상의 물질로 이루어진 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 부분 방전에 대한 내성을 갖는 절연 전선 제조용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 고무상 개질제는 CTBN계 고무, ATBN계 고무 및 이들의 공중합체로 이루어진 물질군 중에서 선택된 어느 하나의 단일물 또는 이들 중 임의로 선택된 둘 이상의 물질로 이루어진 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 부분 방전에 대한 내성을 갖는 절연 전선 제조용 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 선택된 어느 한 항에 따르는 조성물을 이용하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부분 방전에 대한 내성을 갖는 절연 전선.
