Claims (79)
- 차단재의 코어 압출물을 코어 압출기로 압출하고;코어 압출기의 유출구에 인접하게 균일하지 않은 층 두께를 제공할 수 있는 예비 캡슐화 다이를 제공하며;예비 캡슐화 재료의 예비 캡슐화 압출물을 압출하고 이를 예비 캡슐화 다이로 이송하고;예비 캡슐화 다이 내에서 코어 압출물과 예비 캡슐화 압출물을 예비 캡슐화 압출물이 코어 압출물의 외부에 방사상으로 배치되어 균일하지 않은 층 두께를 갖는 예비 캡슐화 코어 압출물을 형성하도록 같은 축방향으로 접합하고;내층 압출물과 외층 압출물을 압출하고;종방향으로 연장된 대향 가장자리들이 중첩되도록 고안된 분배 다기관을 통해 예비 캡슐화 코어 압출물을 공압출 다이로 공급하고;예비 캡슐화 코어 압출물의 안쪽으로 방사상으로 배치된 내층 압출물 및 예비 캡슐화 코어 압출물의 바깥쪽으로 방사상으로 배치된 외층 압출물을 갖는 다층 취입 필름을 형성하는 것을 포함하는차단재를 갖는 관형 다층 필름의 공압출 방법.

- 제 4 항에 있어서, 다기관 채널의 대향 말단들이 본체의 중앙으로부터 상이한 방사 거리에 위치하는 압출 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 다기관 채널이 유선형인 압출 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 다기관 채널이 3:1보다 큰 높이 대 깊이의 종횡비를 갖는 압출 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 중첩되는 소정 거리가 대략 하기 수학식 1로 정해지는 양 이상인 압출 장치.[수학식 1]OL = PE/PB × BLT식 중,OL은 중첩 길이이고;PE는 캡슐화 재료 1 mil 당 투과도이며;PB는 차단재 1 mil 당 투과도이고;BLT는 차단층 두께이다.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 다기관 채널들이 중첩되는 곳에 위치한 본체 내의 함몰부 (다기관 채널들 중 하나의 다기관 채널의 말단의 소정 거리는 함몰부 내에 위치함) 및 함몰부 위에 위치한 삽입물을 더 포함하며, 함몰부와 삽입물은 그 사이에 간극을 형성하여 함몰부 내에 위치한 다기관 채널의 말단으로부터의 예비 캡슐화 코어 압출물이 간극을 통해 유동하는 압출 장치.
- (1) 중앙 차단층;(2) 중앙 차단층을 완전히 덮고 있는 중앙 차단층의 대향 양면상의 한 쌍의 접착층; 및(3) 중앙 차단층을 덮어서 분해로부터 보호할 수 있도록, 관형 다층 필름의 내부를 완전히 둘러싸도록 연장된 내부 표면층과 관형 다층 필름의 외부를 완전히 둘러싸도록 연장된 외부 표면층을 포함하며, 중앙 차단층의 대향 가장자리들은 관형 다층 필름의 종방향을 따라 중첩되어 있고 중앙 차단층의 중첩 부위에서의 전체 두께는 중앙 차단층의 중첩되지 않은 부위에서의 두께와 실질적으로 동일하고, 중앙 차단층이 하기 수학식 1로 정해진 양 이상으로 중첩되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 관형 다층 필름.[수학식 1]OL = PE/PB × BLT식 중,OL은 중첩 길이이고;PE는 캡슐화 재료 1 mil 당 투과도이며;PB는 차단재 1 mil 당 투과도이고;BLT는 차단층 두께이다.
