背景技术
1.技术领域
本发明通常涉及保护织物套筒,用于保护其中包含的细长构件,且更特别地涉及具有用于将套筒固定至在其中延伸的细长构件的固定机构的保护织物套筒。
2.相关技术
保护织物套筒是已知的,其用于保护在其中延伸的细长构件。通常,保护套筒形成为具有管状壁或可缠绕壁其中之一,其中所述管状壁具有周向连续的壁,可缠绕壁具有相对的纵长延伸的边缘,配置为被缠绕成彼此之间重叠。不论为上述何种壁类型,套筒通常都是通过缠绕带或单独涂覆的胶固定至在其中延伸的细长构件。从材料和劳动的角度来看使用带是昂贵的,且事实证明如果使用得不够整洁也会不雅观。进一步,外部使用的带有可能会损坏,从而影响其将套筒固定至细长构件的可靠性。从材料和劳动的角度来看使用单独涂覆的胶也是昂贵的,且由于需要提供胶干燥时间进一步增加了成本。另外,事实证明使用胶可能会比较脏,从而导致与其必要的清理相关的进一步的费用。
发明内容
根据本发明的一个方面,提供有一种保护织物套筒。所述套筒具有一交织纱线壁,所述壁具有一腔,所述腔以一内表面为界,所述内表面在相对的开放端部之间延伸。一第一材料结合至紧邻所述相对的端部的壁,所述第一材料有利于将所述壁结合至在其中延伸的细长构件的外表面,包括热熔胶材料,一第二材料结合至紧邻所述相对的端部的壁,所述第二材料有利于防止所述壁端部的端部磨损,包括弹性体材料。
根据本发明的另一方面,所述第一材料和所述第二材料可设置为结合至紧邻所述相对的端部的壁的混合物。
根据本发明的另一方面,在相对的端部之间延伸的壁的中间部分可保持为没有第一和第二材料。
根据本发明的另一方面,所述壁可为具有相对的边缘的可缠绕壁,其适于相对于彼此重叠地缠绕。
根据本发明的另一方面,所述壁可为周向连续的无缝壁。
根据本发明的另一方面,提供有一种构造织物保护套筒的方法。所述方法包括交织纱线以形成一壁,所述壁具有一腔,所述腔以在相对的开放端部之间延伸的最内表面为界。进一步,将包括热熔胶材料的第一材料结合至紧邻相对的端部的所述壁,以及更进一步,将包括弹性体材料的第二材料结合至紧邻相对的端部的所述壁。

根据本发明的另一方面,所述方法可进一步包括压迫所述壁,所述热构件邻近所述壁的相对的开放端部。
根据本发明的另一方面,所述方法可进一步包括剩下在相对的端部之间延伸的壁的中间部分处于与所述细长构件未结合的关系。
根据本发明的另一方面,所述方法可进一步包括将与热熔胶材料混合的弹性体材料应用至最内表面。

具体实施方式
更多细节参见附图,图1所示为根据本发明的一个方面构造的一种织物套筒,所示为一种可缠绕的套筒,其仅为示例而不具有限制作用,以下指定为套筒10。套筒10具有可缠绕的壁12,例如没有外力作用而自动卷曲为其缠绕配置的自缠绕延伸壁,用于引导和保护细长构件14,例如电缆、电线或线束,这仅为示例而不具有限制作用。延伸壁12具有相对的边缘16、17,边缘16、17通常平行于在相对的开放端部19、20之间的中心纵轴18延伸,其中,边缘16、17优选地以“卷香烟”的形式偏置为相对于彼此重叠,以将细长构件14完全围绕在套筒10的中心腔C内。腔C以壁12的最内表面21为界,且沿纵轴18的全长能够容易进入,这样,细长构件14就能够容易地径向设置于腔C中,且相反地,也能够例如在维护过程中容易地从腔C移出。为了将壁12固定至细长构件14,从而防止其之间的相对旋转和轴向运动,且进一步,为了有利于防止壁12的相对的端部19、20的端部磨损,例如在制造时切割的过程中以及在使用的过程中,壁12具有采用第一材料和不同的第二材料的混合物形成的涂层22,所述混合物结合至紧邻相对的端部19、20的壁12的最内表面21。所述第一材料包括热熔胶材料,以有利于将壁12结合至细长构件14的外表面,且所述第二材料包括弹性体材料,以有利于防止相对的端部19、20的端部磨损。
取决于应用需要,壁12可构造为具有任意合适的尺寸,包括长度和直径。进一步,壁12可采用任意需要的交织工艺(例如编织(braiding)、机织(weaving)或针织(knitting))由交织的纱线形成。如果壁12形成为自缠绕壁,至少一部分纬向、周向延伸的纱线,不论是多纤维丝和/或单纤维丝,能够设置为任意合适的热可设定的(heat-settable)聚合材料,例如聚苯硫醚(PPS)或聚乙二醇对苯二甲酸酯(PET)。
为了将涂层22的混合物应用至壁12,所述混合物可首先形成为由所述混合物制成的涂层22的预成型固体板,于是涂层22的固体板可层叠至壁12的最内表面21。或者,所述混合物的涂层22可作为液体应用至至少最内表面21(图2A),或者围绕壁12的整体(图2B),例如通过喷射或浸渍工艺,这仅为示例而不具有限制作用。不管如何将涂层22的混合物结合至壁12,至少对最内表面21进行覆盖,从而能够将混合物M的热熔胶材料结合至细长构件14的外表面。因此,应当理解,可应用所述混合物(无论是预成型板还是液体)覆盖整个最内表面21,以及,如果需要的话,覆盖整个壁12,包括最外表面,从而从一个边缘16延伸至另一边缘17以及从壁12的一个端部19延伸至壁12的相对的端部20。或者,如图2C所示,可应用所述混合物(无论是预成型固体板还是液体)仅覆盖壁12紧邻相对的端部19、20延伸的端部区域ER,从而形成壁在端部区域ER之间以及从而在相对的端部19、20之间延伸的中间区域IR,中间区域IR没有涂层22,从而节省涂层费用方面的开支,以及在中间区域IR内维持套筒10的最大弹性。
通过将涂层22结合至壁12,能够将壁12热定型为自缠绕壁和/或围绕细长构件14缠绕。另外,应当认识到,可首先将壁12热成型为自缠绕壁,然后对壁12用涂层材料的混合物进行喷射、浸渍或以其它方式进行涂覆,以达成图2B(涂覆整个壁)和图2D(仅涂覆端部区域ER)中所示实施例的其中一个。然后,细长构件14能够设置于套筒10的腔C内,且如图3所示,然后可通过加热的受压构件24(例如夹钳或用其它方式)对壁12施加压力F,其中受压构件24可在约200-250℃之间受热,仅为示例,以使最内表面21和涂层22内的热熔胶材料与细长构件14的外表面邻接,其中加热的受压构件24使热熔胶材料至少部分熔化并结合至细长构件14的外表面。因此,壁12与细长构件14固定防止相对运动,且壁12进一步以其缠绕的结构固定。应当认识到,加热的受压构件24可根据需要在沿套筒10的长度上的多个位置处受压,且优选地至少邻近套筒10的相对的端部19、20,以确保端部19、20与细长构件14结合。
在图4A和4B中,所示为根据本发明的另一方面构造的套筒110,其中采用相同的附图标记表示相同的特征,以前缀1区别。不同于套筒110具有可缠绕的壁,套筒110的壁112构造为周向连续的无缝壁112,采用以上所述工艺的其中一种,例如,编织、机织或针织。当壁112是周向连续的时,形成涂层122的材料的混合物不以预成型的层叠板应用至最内表面,而是第一和第二材料的混合物作为液体应用至最内表面121,例如通过在所述混合物中浸渍壁112或用所述混合物喷射壁112,所述混合物包括热熔胶材料,例如添加了弹性体材料的热熔粉末材料,仅为示例而不具有限制作用。当然,也可采用其它用于将液体混合物应用至最内表面121的应用方法,例如通过任意合适的涂覆机构像膏状物质一样涂覆并覆盖所述混合物材料。除了将壁112结合至细长构件114的热熔胶粉末以外,所述混合物内的弹性体材料通过至少关于壁112的端部区域固化壁112上的涂层122用于防止壁112的纱线材料的端部磨损。如图4A中所示,将所述混合物应用至壁112可包括在所述混合物的熔融溶液中浸渍壁112的相对的端部119、120,然后,使浸渍的端部119、120干燥并固化,从而形成套筒110的端部区域ER上的涂层122,中间区域IR保持没有涂层。当然,如果端部119、120浸渍,那么壁112的外表面也有涂层,这进一步有利于防止端部磨损。当然,如果需要,如图4B所示,整个壁112可浸渍在所述混合物中,从而将涂层122应用在壁112的整个最内表面和外表面。
正如之前的实施例,通过将所述混合物应用并结合至壁112以形成所需的涂层122,细长构件114设置于壁112的腔C内,且然后,压力F通过加热的受压构件24施加至壁112,例如加热温度在约150-250℃之间,以将所述混合物内的胶材料至少部分地熔化并结合至细长构件114的外表面。因此,壁112与细长构件114固定防止相对运动,且端部119和120通过涂层122内的弹性体材料受到保护防止端部磨损。
许多修改或变型根据以上教导都是有可能的。因此,需要理解,除了以上所述,本发明也可以其它方式实施,本发明的范围由最终许可的权利要求书限定。
Claims (16)
1.一种保护织物套筒,用于保护包含于其中的细长构件,其包括:
一交织纱线壁,所述壁具有一腔,所述腔以在相对的开放端部之间延伸的最内表面为界;
第一材料,其包括结合至紧邻所述相对的端部的所述壁的热熔胶材料;以及
第二材料,其包括结合至紧邻所述相对的端部的所述壁的弹性体材料,
其中,所述壁具有在所述相对的端部之间延伸的中间部分,所述中间部分没有所述第一材料和所述第二材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保护织物套筒,其中,所述第一材料和所述第二材料形成结合至所述壁的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的保护织物套筒,其中,所述壁为具有相对的边缘的可缠绕壁,其适于相对于彼此重叠地缠绕。
4.根据权利要求3所述的保护织物套筒,其中,所述相对的边缘通常平行于所述腔的中心纵轴延伸,其中对所述壁进行热定型,以使所述相对的边缘相对于彼此偏置为重叠的关系。
5.根据权利要求1所述的保护织物套筒,其中所述壁为周向连续的无缝壁。
6.根据权利要求3所述的保护织物套筒,其中所述壁为编织的。
7.根据权利要求1所述的保护织物套筒,其中,所述第一材料结合至所述壁的所述最内表面。
8.一种构造保护织物套筒的方法,包括:
交织纱线以形成一壁,所述壁具有一腔,所述腔以在相对的开放端部之间延伸的最内表面为界;
将包括热熔胶材料的第一材料结合至紧邻相对的端部的所述壁;以及
将包括弹性体材料的第二材料结合至紧邻相对的端部的所述壁;
所述方法进一步包括留下所述壁在所述相对的端部之间延伸的中间部分没有所述第一和第二材料。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,进一步包括提供第一材料和第二材料作为混合物并将所述混合物结合至紧邻相对的端部的壁。
10.根据权利要求8所述的方法,进一步包括使所述壁形成为具有相对的边缘,所述壁适于相对于彼此以重叠的关系缠绕。
11.根据权利要求8所述的方法,进一步包括使所述壁形成为具有周向连续的无缝壁。
12.根据权利要求9所述的方法,进一步包括编织所述壁。
13.一种将织物套筒固定至延伸通过所述套筒的腔的细长构件的方法,其中,所述织物套筒由交织纱线壁形成,所述壁具有在相对的端部之间延伸的最内表面,热熔胶材料应用至所述壁邻近相对的端部的最内表面,包括:
使细长构件延伸通过所述腔;以及
手动压迫所述壁的最内表面使其与具有热构件的细长构件邻接,并使热熔胶材料熔化并与细长构件结合;
所述方法进一步包括留下所述壁在相对的端部之间延伸的中间部分处于与细长构件未结合的关系。
14.根据权利要求13所述的方法,进一步包括压迫所述壁,热构件与所述壁的相对的开放端部相邻。
15.根据权利要求13所述的方法,进一步包括将弹性体材料应用至紧邻相对的端部的壁。
16.根据权利要求15所述的方法,进一步包括将热熔胶材料和弹性体材料作为混合物应用至壁。
