Abstract
Description
디메틸실록산 단위 99.85 몰% 및 메틸비닐실록산 단위 0.15 몰%로 이루어지는, 평균 중합도 8,000의 메틸비닐폴리실록산 100 중량부에, 평균 입경 40 nm에서 수분 이외의 휘발분이 0.10 %인 아세틸렌 블랙 50 중량부 및 보강성 실리카 (Aerosil R-972: Degussa사 제조의 상품명) 5 중량부를 2개의 롤로 배합하고, 혼련하여 균일화하였다. 이 실리콘 고무 컴파운드 100 중량부에 대하여 염화백금산의 이소프로필알코올 용액 (백금량 2 중량%) 0.1 중량부, 반응 억제제인 아세틸렌성 알코올(3-메틸-1-부틴-3-올) 0.05 중량부, 및 상기 화학식 2로 표시되는 메틸하이드로젠폴리실록산 1.2 중량부를 첨가하여 2개의 롤로 잘 혼련하여 경화성 실리콘 고무 컴파운드를 제조하였다.

Claims (5)
- 시트의 적어도 한쪽 표면이 산술 평균 조도 0.8 ㎛ 내지 5 ㎛의 요철을 갖고, 상기 요철은 엠보싱 가공에 의해 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이방 도전성 접착제 열압착용 실리콘 고무 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 고무 시트가 수분 이외의 휘발분이 0.5 중량% 이하인 카본 블랙을 함유하여 이루어지는 이방 도전성 접착제 열압착용 실리콘 고무 시트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 고무 시트가 열전도성이 좋은 충전제를 함유하여 이루어지는 이방 도전성 접착제 열압착용 실리콘 고무 시트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 고무 시트의 두께가 0.1 내지 10 mm인 이방 도전성 접착제 열압착용 실리콘 고무 시트.
